does money or technology guarantee growth and productivity, its talent that will drive business forward. Therefore
for today's highly competitive world every organization requires experienced, skilled and hardworking professionals
to get an edge in the rat race.
Sterling Technical Staffing (STS) is an organization which provides high-end Technical and Functional
Recruitment Services to a broad spectrum of customers throughout Middle East. Since its inception in 1976,
Sterling Technical Staffing (STS) provides people led consultancy specializing in Head Hunting. To me, we are not
just a recruitment firm, we are much more. Our values are solid, positive and professional.
Our team provides personal attention to every requirement both from the company side as well as the candidate's
side and will make sure that the objective is met with utmost satisfaction. It is our endeavor to provide highly
suitable candidate to our clients. For this reason we undertake to search for candidates at three Levels. We
undertake database search, Job Portals, Job Fairs, Print as well as Social Media Advertisement and Headhunting
searches.

With a humble beginning in the year 1976, Sterling was incorporated by Damodar C. Kunder our
founder with the sole motive to serve the poor of our country who were exploited and cheated by
unscrupulous agents in the business.
He bagged the most coveted order from Oman to recruit to the National Guard, Municipality and
Ministry of Transportation in late seventies. To cope up with these huge requirements, Sterling Technical
Staffing came into light. Over the years he was instrumental in completing various government projects
winning high acclaim & recognitions. A noted public figure and philanthropist also known for various
social service having laid foundation to countless Schools, Charitable Medical centers and cultural centers
in remote villages of India. For his service to the upliftment of society and the nation Government of
India conferred him Special Executive Magistrate honor in the year 2002.
A light to the needy, quality manpower to our clients and our founders undying spirit of service to
mankind, which keeps all of us at Sterling highly motivated to achieve total customer satisfaction.
This is our little success story driving us since four decades.
With expertise of over 40 years in the business of Placement of Human Resource around the globe,
STERLING TECHNICAL STAFFING (STS), one name standing tall and continuing to excel.
