May 2015 - present: Assistant QC Manager
Quality control
• Set up KPI program for QC department to guide team carry out as KPI. Follow QA objectives
and target to achieve company objectives.
• Knowledgeable about printing (offset, flexo, screen, gravure, hot stamp and cold stamp) and
about material printed such as PE Trans, PE White, PP, Paper, PP silver and BOPP.
• To control quality process (printing process, slitting process, rework process, packing process,
quality control). To solve the problems in the printing quality label at every process.
• Be responsible for monitoring the quality of re-packers to ensure that the daily operation
complied fully with customer requirements.
• Work with CS team, prodution team make sure delivery on time, and team QA improve quality.
• To build specification of product meets with customer requirement.
• Supervise new product regulatory compliance.
• To train staff about product specification, slitting machine, rework machine and control quality.
Periodical training and qualification for staff about printing quality based on defect sample
customer complain.
• To decide release or reject non-conformance product in shift. Approval result of testing staff
for special case. Investigate defective product in shift and work with production team make
sure good product.
• Communicate all process which is customer complaint. To ensure that prevention of issue
during process and build up quality of stable.
• Training skill detect defect, preventive and treatment defect to reduce wastage & reduce
customer complaint in process.
• Review SOP and tracking of improvement status of quality in process.
• Handle program manage QC data. To ensure that all of data have been controlled and
traceability system.
• Monitoring & control quality of product label and material in production.
• Control and arrange scheduling of maintenance & calibration all equipments in QC department.
• Set meeting with management team improve quality in factory.
• Reports performance daily, weekly, monthly, quarter and yearly in accordance with PSQ
guidelines and system.
• Use quality tools and self-improve program continute improve quality company.
Complaint coordinator:
• Handle complaint from customer service, customer and internal rejected.
• Analysis root cause and corrective action for improvement quality of customer and quality
issue of team.
• Make sure the customer complaint is solved on time.
• Consult supplier on problem solving, corrective actions for defect product.
• Work with exporting countries (for imported products) and suppliers to fix the minor issues.
Safety Coordinator:
• In charge of safety task in QC department such as training GMP & 5s compliance.

• Periodical do hygiene & safety audit status of staff, report to management board & consult
corrective actions.
• Training for employee on hygiene, safety & factory regulatory.

General administration:

Quality Assurance / Control
• Set up KPI program for QA department to guide team carry out as KPI.
• To control quality all process (incoming material, printing process, slitting process, rework
process, packing process, quality control and quality assurance process).
• Identify and solve the problems in the printing quality label (offset, flexo, screen, gravure,
hotstamp and coldstamp).
• Work with Factory and Vendors materials team to assist the Materials team in establishing a
system that ensures timely delivery of quality materials and support solve material issue.

quality problems and to ensure the product is meeting customer standards.
• Build the plans and implement the projects in the company. To make sure all the informations
required by customer pass to process and production team understands smoothly. Track status
of quality product for new project.

to mass production .To ensure specification of product meet with
customer requirement.
• To train QA/QC staff and the persons concerned about technical specification of P&G and
Unilever system.
• Responsibility to solve the problems related to P&G/Unilever system.
• Periodical training and qualification for QA/QC staff and operator about printing quality. To
heighten staff awareness of quality and improvement quality of company.
• To arrange planning for checking. Release non-conformance product in shift. Approval result
of testing QC/QA for special case. Investigate defective product and work with production
make production smoothly.
• Handle program manage QA/QC data. To ensure that all of data have been controlled and
traceability system has to accurate and on time.
• Report quality issue on shift report to PSQ manager does not follow up system by man.
Analysis root cause and corrective action for improvement quality (weekly and monthly).
• Control and arrange scheduling of maintenance & calibration all equipment in QA dept
( calipers, scales, thickness gauge, machine barcode 1D and 2D, optical brightness, lightbooth,
rub test, spectroeye,...).
• Carry out uniform and labor safety of the company. Use tools of testing follow method for
prevention accident. To ensure area of work is clean, tidy.
• Use quality tools and self-improve program continute improve quality company.
• Handle QA department during PSQ Manager out of office. To ensure that without any mistake.
Complaint coordinator:
• Handle customer complaint. Share quality information include customer complaint, internal
rejected, improvement of quality issue to operator to ameliorate quality system.
• Analysis root cause and corrective action for improvement quality to customer.
• Make sure the customer complaint is solved on time.
• Communicate QC/QA process and leader machine which is customer complaint. To ensure that
prevention of issue during process. All of jobs pass to machine do not stop and quality of
stable.
• Guide leader machine and operator follow system as SOP. Cooperate, team work help leader
machine, operator improves quality of product such as training skill detect defect, prevent
defect and treatment defect to reduce wastage & reduce customer complaint in process.
• Handle complaint supplier all of raw material is nonconformance.
• Handle audit supplier periodically. In order to evaluate performance the quality system of
supplier meets with customer's requirement.
