Key Takeaways
Kelly is smart and has a solid background. I do have some trepidation when it comes to her presence. I
understand we're a laid back organization but her nail polish was all chipped and she wore a denim jacket- I
am a little old school when it comes to interview prep and attire. I didn't feel she commanded a room, I'd like
to see how she does with the HW and bring her right in to present.
