Sovereign Wealth Funds have existed since the 1950's, SWFs control nearly 7 Trillion in
global assets, traditionally SWFs have been state owned and operated entities.
Our Sovereign Wealth Fund is a principally new type/incarnation of Sovereign fund as it
is to be Privately Managed by distinguished & credentialed professional economists and
fund managers, owned wholly by the people of the Nation.
As we continue this transition from an age of scarcity into a new age of Abundance and
plenty, an age of human labor in meanial tasks into an age of automation and robotics
valuing intelllectual property it is imperative that we as a Nation plan for and invest in
these economically disruptive Technologies.
We are currently experiencing a 4th technological and industrial revolution that is and
will continue to affect both the jobs market, industry and economy.
The days of factory jobs with good retirement plans is fading away and similar high

was unsure of the reception it would receive, however as all there has been is praise as

There are five different facets we are working on.

I have spoken with many of you personally. Sharing, what was my vision for a National
US Sovereign Wealth Fund. Largely, thanks to your thoughtful contributions and
inquiries honestly, today I feel what we have is a shared vision for a more balanced and
stable economic system of lowered systemic risk based on improved forecasting models

this vision has come to encompass. For me it is not that this work just be done, but be
done comprehensively in the proper atmosphere with individuals who share higher

your own time and energy freely, which is noble and much appreciated. I believe it best
that there be some research funding available for those who would otherwise participate

socioeconomic region collaborating on each specific regions unique constraints and
contributions coming together quarterly or biannually to review each others research and
share ideas as well as to discuss how best to invest in each other to the greatest extent

investments in each other and in no way should limit any individual funds ability to invest
