3. Presentation Ortuella is a town and municipality located in the province of Biscay , in the Autonumous of Basque Country, northern Spain. Ortuella bordered to the north and Portugalete Santurce, Galdames the south, east to the Valley and west Trapagaran Abanto-Zierbena.
