Feedbackstrukturen sind Systeme, die von der Lehrkraft
eingerichtet werden, um den Lernenden ein Feedback zu
ihren Leistungen zu geben.
Zur Glaubwürdigkeit der Bildung ist es erforderlich, dass

stammenden Informationen;

Interventionen.

3.1 Feedback-Regeln
Um Feedback zu geben, müssen Pädagogen eine Vielzahl von "Do's
and Don't"-Regeln beachten:
DO - Ermutigen Sie die Lernenden, sich frei zu äußern, indem Sie
ihnen verschiedene Modalitäten zur Verfügung stellen (von Angesicht
zu Angesicht, online, anonym usw.).
DO - die Ergebnisse des erhaltenen Feedbacks deutlich zu machen.
DO - Verwenden Sie offene Fragen und Diskussionen, wenn
geschlossene Feedbackstrukturen nicht zum gewünschten Ergebnis
führen.
DON’T - die Lernenden unter Druck setzen, um ihnen Feedback zu
geben, obwohl sie sich dabei unwohl fühlen.

3.3 Online- versus Klassenzimmer-Aufgaben
Blended Learning ist ein Lernansatz, der Online-Lernmaterialien und
Interaktionsmöglichkeiten mit traditionellen, ortsbezogenen
Unterrichtsmethoden kombiniert.
