Who we are
Founded by managing director Lesley Gikas in 2006, Refresh Connect is a nimble
and dynamic small communications firm that provides content and marketing
services to clients with business objectives in mind. The aim is always to engage
with audiences in such a fashion as to achieve the goals of the business.
How we work
We bring insight to everything we do. This involves assessing the competitor
landscape, identifying your brand’s purpose, ascertaining what motivates your
audiences and finding the best way to engage, persuade and inspire them.
We emphasise execution over talk. Our strength lies in keeping things simple and
delivering quickly, an entrepreneurial approach that works effectively, particular-
