I thought I had started my career when I was working as a manager for a small cocktail lounge in my early 20's and still living in Michigan, but I was wrong. This was a great experience that really gave me a lot of the skills that I needed to work with others and find some very strong verbal communications skills; however, my real career did not start until I came to Arizona in late 2006.
