Objectives
Encourage sales associates to register and complete the TAG Heuer training academy
Provide an incentive for sales associates
Solution
Sales associates at TAG Heuer retail locations are required to complete the TAG Heuer
Training Academy in order to gain access to the incentive program.
Once completed, sales associates register for the incentive program and receive a TAG
Heuer-branded Visa debit card with a zero balance.
When a participant makes a valid sale of a TAG Heuer timepiece, his/her store manager
will electronically assign or download and provide the participant with a unique code.
Each code entered by the sales associate offers a chance to win varying cash amounts
or physical prizes, plus the participant will earn a Sweepstakes entry for the applicable
Weekly Entry Period as well.
Once the sales associate plays the pachinko-style game moving the participant through
the inners of a TAG Heuer watch, a cash amount is displayed and instantly loaded onto
their TAG-branded Visa debit card or one of the physical prizes (iPad Mini or TAG Heuer
Travel Bag) are sent to the participant directly. Sweepstakes prizes awarded weekly.
