ACCEPTANCE OF SERVICE
 The Provision of service between LCL and a customer will only come into being when the customer has agreed to the terms
and conditions set herein.
 Email correspondence will be considered as a formal acceptance of any project or graphical work; it is in li eu of their
signature.
PROVISION OF SERVICE
 On commencement of any project it will be required that all relevant information be forwarded to LCL within four working
days.
 Failure to do so will result in a delay for project completion.
 Once the layout of the website has been approved, it cannot be changed unless the changes are vital to the project,
whereby additional charges will then be incurred.
PAYMENT
 A 50% deposit will be required before any project commences, to secure your domain name with the outsource Hosting
Company, depending upon the availability.
 The customer shall pay LCL all applicable fees or charges as set out on our published pricelist in respect of the provision of
service to the customer.
 Any upgrades or changes to the project may be subject to additional charges.
SUPPORT SERVICE
The customer shall supply all relevant information required by LCL to identify and solve any problem encounter by the customer.
Failure to do so will result in LCL not being able to assist the customer any further whilst the customer shall remain liable for all
payments outstanding for the completion of the project.
All projects designed by LCL will contain a footnote and logo which is a link to our site. The intellectual property rights including the
trade and service marks utilized by LCL during the term of agreement shall remain the property of LCL. The hosting of your website is
not done by LCL but by various out source Hosting Companies that we utilize.
