3. Preheat the oven to 160 to 180 degrees.
Grease a 18cm x 28cm pan and line it
with baking paper
4. Put 125g of butter in a microwave bowl and
melt for 30 seconds on high
5. Get a medium bowl
combine 1cup flour, ½
cup brown sugar, ½
cup desiccated
coconut and melted
butter, mix well.
6. Press mixture firmly
into pan you prepared
earlyer.bake for 15-20
minutes or until
lightly browned. Let it
stand to cool
7. Place 100g extra butter ,
2 cans of condensed
milk and (80g) of
golden syrup in a
medium saucepan tir it
over low heat until to
looks/ feels smooth.
