                   elemente teoretice + elemente empirice ale cunoaşterii
                      + metode diferite de culegere şi de analiză a datelor

                Metoda de cercetare: sondajul de opinie
                   tehnica de selecţie a participanţilor: “bulgărele de zăpadă”
                   tehnica chestionarului auto-administrat, în regim on-line
                   tehnica interviului semidirectiv sincron, în regim on-line
