 Setelah UU No 34 Tahun 2014 Tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Haji, maka
pelaksanaan Pengelolaan dana haji di Indonesia dilaksanakan oleh BPKH
(BUKAN unit struktural Kementerian Agama atau lainnya)
 BPKH (Badan Pengelola Keuangan Haji) merupakan badan hukum publik dan
bersifat mandiri serta bertanggung jawab kepada Presiden (=kepada Jamaah
(pen))
 BPKH bertugas Mengelola penerimaan, pengembangan, pengeluaran, dan
pertanggungjawaban Keuangan Haji
 BPKH berwenang menempatkan dan menginvestasikan Keuangan Haji dan
melakukan kerja sama dengan lembaga lain dalam rangka pengelolaan
Keuangan Haji
 Nabi Ibrahim AS memanjatkan doa kepada Tuhannya untuk negeri Makkah
sebagai tanah haram. Artinya, sebuah negara harus jelas batas-batasnya,
memiliki aturan hukum yang berlaku, dan tidak sembarangan orang dapat
memasukinya.
