FIRST THINGS FIRST
Being more productive has nothing to do
with your job or your career. Being more
productive means to take advantage of your
time and create a better life for yourself.
Do you want to live a life without stress and
anxiety? Then do it! Create your reality and
live your life with your own rules.
STEP 1
When you wake up in the morning ,
before you do anything else write 5
things you want to achieve in a journal.
Avoid any e-mail, text messages or
social media. Give yourself 30' to relax
and start the day with a clear mind and
relaxed heart.
STAY CALM
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
Your body needs energy to start the day and your
mind needs good food. Avoid anything with sugar, it
will increase the sugar level in your blood, giving you
energy at the moment and make you feel really tired
the rest of the day. It's better to drink a herb tea,
however, if you love coffee don't overdo it with
cream and sugar.
YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT
The most important think in the beginning of
your day is to stay calm in your mind. Try not to
overthink what you have to do. Everything will be
done in time. Among all task you have to do,
taking care of yourself is the most important.
Add priorities in your life and put you first. If you
are not ok, nothing will be done.
PEACE OF MIND
Most of the people thinks that excersising
means to spend hours and hours at the gym.
The truth is that you need only 30' a day.  You
can simple walk to your work, or ride your bike
or just take the stairs. You'll be fine. Your body is
made for moving .MOVE IT AND SHAKE IT!
EXCERSISE
RITUALSSUCCESS IS HIDDEN IN YOUR DAILY ACTIONS
Build a community of people that
have already achieved what you
want to do.  Spending your time
with friends from highschool that
are is the same level or below, won't
make you any productive, neither
will motivate you.  Learn from people
who are better than you, who will
challenge you.
STEP 2
Don't spend too much time on
social media. Instead plan your
own life vision and be as
specific as hell. Write any
details of your future life and
find how you can make it more
approachable. This is your life
and you are writing the story-
Remember that-
STEP 3
Give yourself time to relax
during the day. You are not a
robot and you can not do
everything in one day. Take a
break enjoy the day. Time is
not coming back, neither you
will live forever. Enjoy the
moment. Chill
