In this Human Resources position, I provide support to the HR team and clients with administrative
responsibilities related to HR product management, vendor’s management, and leave of absence
administration.
 Administration of all leave of absence programs to include FMLA and national state
disability plans.
 Communicating with clients and employees to review eligibility and process of

 Reviewing and verifying documentation for accuracy.
 Determine leave approval/denial.
 Manage and track leave use, return to work/exhaust dates.

 Audit leave reports to ensure compliance and SLA’s are met.
 Provide general HR support to clients by phone/email communication.
 Vendor management of HR products and services to include drug and background

 Assist with reporting of HR metrics.
 HR Administrative functions to include Microsoft product management in Excel, Word, and
Outlook.

 Provide job placement assistance, refer clients to job openings, training opportunities, and
employment related services. Provide labor market statistics and orientations, perform
related work and record activity in current database systems.
