For this past decade in China I have worked as executive chef and consultant. I have prepared and hosted major promotions and events. I have consulted, cooked, planned menus and trained staff for various restaurants in Guangzhou and China. I have worked with Evolve Design and have designed restaurants and bars for leading hotel chains along with construction and identity branding of franchise restaurants. I consider my life fortunate and rewarding my love of food and this industry is still as strong as the day I began, my abilities and skills are things I cherish and am thankful for; to pass these on to others who want to learn, I consider the ultimate compliment. ...
