Quality Control/Office Assistant
 This started as a temporary position. I order tax transcripts for the files that come into our office and upload them
into the files when they are returned. I monitor the VA appraisal portal for the entire company and communicate
with Underwriters to insure NOV’s are issued on time. I conduct Quality Control checks on file coming into our
office and make sure all documentation is present for the file to be underwritten and communicate with
brokers/processors to secure missing documents. I assist in answering phones and taking messages or
transferring calls. I audit files before they are cleared to close and look for and note any discrepancies with
numbers and documents.
August 2014 to March 2015—D & L Oil Tools—Tulsa, OK
Receptionist/Office Assistant
 I answered a multi-line phone and took messages or directed calls to the correct person. I greeted visitors, had
them sign in, gave them visitor badges and safety glasses if needed and contacted the person they were there to
meet. Signed for incoming deliveries and let the recipient know they had arrived. I assisted with entering sales
tickets into the system and with mailing out invoices. I was laid off from this position because of the economic
issues with the oil and gas industry.
September 2012 to July 2014—AT&T (retail store)—Tulsa, OK
Sales Service Representative
 I greeted customers and got them signed in. I let them know the expectations for wait times. I made
determination to see if I could quickly assist the customer. I assisted managers in tracking sales to insure we had
sufficient staff available. I checked in inventory and stocked and straightened sales floor.
September 2011 to September 2012—Hillcrest Medical Center—Tulsa, OK
Receptionist/Security
 I greeted visitors coming into the hospital and directed them to where they were headed. I answered a multi-line
phone and directed calls and answered questions about the hospital and patients. Checked in patients there for
surgery or procedures. Checked in with people who are waiting in the lobby to see if they needed assistance.
