I have known and interacted with Liz Fultz for the past seven years in her capacity as
Business and Front Office Manager at the Southwest Virginia Cancer Center. Given that
the job is one of tremendous stress and requires the ability to critically think, I have been
consistently impressed with Liz’s ability to handle multiple issues at once and by her
demonstrations of a continuous smile and positive attitude.
Liz has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. She approaches each individual
as a deserving consumer and has imparted this same attitude of service in each of the
employees. Needless to say, this has earned her the respect of each of those employees.
Liz has multiple assets that make her an ideal candidate for management and
coordination of patient and office activities. In addition to her interpersonal and
communication skills, she is organized, detail oriented, accountable, approachable and
