‘Mid Market –DACH
Clearswift has chosen the Mid-Market band (1000 to 4000 IT user companies) as one of its key
sectors to sell its new portfolio of IT Security Solutions, including Adaptive Redaction and the
Aneesya Information Governance Platform. The role of the Field Sales DACH will be to generate a
pipeline of opportunities and close the sales of all Clearswift solutions in this market.
‘Pre Sales-Engineer –DACH
The Presales Engineer (SE) will work with Clearswift prospects and clients to craft data security, data risk
management and data loss protection solutions. In this role, the Presales Engineer needs to be consultative in nature,
able to analyse and understand a customer’s business process challenges and objectives and create insightful solutions
using Clearswift’s technology. During this process, the SE needs to be able to conduct both strategic workshops (eg
data security approach) and technical deep dive workshops (e.g. encryption). They need to be able to effectively
demonstrate the product in action using virtualization technology tools like VMware. Finally, the SE needs to manage
limited-in-scope proofs-of-concept by installing the solution in a live customer environment, configuring the solution
and training the prospect on its operation.’

The Clearswift DACH operation has an important client and partner base managed by the local Munich and Hamburg
teams. Due to the growing demand around the whole range of new Clearswift enterprise security solutions (Adaptive
Redaction, Information Governance, etc., …) our German sales team requires an experienced major account
manager that can position our solutions new and existing enterprise customers.
The Senior Field Sales DACH is required to have a very solid sales record of high value security solutions to large
organisations in the DACH area.’

The role of the Local & Central Government Field Sales will be

all Clearswift solutions in this market, targeting organizations
between 1000 and 5000 IT users.’

‘Emergency Response Team Associate Software Engineer
The Engineering Response Team exists within Clearswift’s Engineering division. As a
3rd line support team it is responsible for the investigation and resolution of
customer reported product defects.
Working closely alongside our worldwide support teams as well as members of the
core software development team, defects are analyzed through multiple
investigative techniques such as examining both system and application based log
files, producing diagnostic binaries and debugging code in order to reproduce the
defect. At this point a solution must be identified and implemented, ensuring that
not only is an appropriate resolution provided, but that it maintains high levels of
security, functionality, scalability and performance.’

‘Technical Support Engineer –UK (German Speaker)
Part of the EMEA Technical Support team, this role is a full-time position, aimed at
providing customers with in-depth support (L1/L2 Technical Analysis and Resolution) for
Clearswift enterprise products and solutions.
The role is strongly customer focused, with an expectation to fully understand the
impact of the problems raised and ensure accurate expectations are set and exceeded
in providing resolutions to issues.
• Provision of technical support to customers across the Support Region through
customer portal, telephone and email, in the form of workarounds and answers to
technical queries.
• Incident management, ensuring that customer incidents are dealt with as per
defined process and methodology and that resolution is provided within the terms
of service performance targets and contractual service level agreements.’
