After graduating from Leeds University I joined the profession on graduate trainee scheme and now have over 13 years' experience as an Indirect Tax specialist, advising clients on all aspects of VAT and indirect taxes. However, my particular area of focus is advising clients on the VAT and other Indirect Tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, disposals and IPOs, including tax structuring and due diligence projects. I also provide VAT advice in connection with complex land and property transactions and have experience in advising clients on international VAT matters.
