4. This week, I want to explain why
some men get friend-zoned all
the time while others never even
come close to it.

5. To understand why guys get
friend zoned, we need to look at
female attraction and how many
men believe it works.

6. Let’s take a friend-zone related
example to illustrate it.

7. Many guys think that actively doing
nice stuff for her, like helping her
move, will eventually make her like
them more.

8. This is their logic:
I’m nice to her —> She likes me —> She
sees how great I am —> She falls in love

9. But this is what actually happens:
You’re nice to her —> She likes you —> She
sees how great you are —> She is glad to have
found such an awesome FRIEND

10. Think about it: Have you ever felt the butter

ies in your stomach
just because someone did something nice for you? My bet is
only if you found that person attractive in the
fi
rst place.

Falling in love is an emotional
process, not a logical one.
More nice does not equal
more desirable.

12. Here is a fun catch, though.

13. Most women, like most men, enjoy being around people
who are nice to them.

14. And a smart, funny guy who cares about her and is
around whenever she needs him is a perfect companion.

15. So while she believes to have found a
friend, he believes she’ll eventually fall for
him if he only sticks around long enough
and proves that he’s worthy of her.

who wants to be just
friends!”
“She’s so
damn hot!!!”

If you present yourself as a
friend, she will perceive you
as one.

18. And this is exactly where many “nice
guys” go wrong.

19. They stay in a pretend-friendship where
they are unable to state their true
intentions.

20. But human attraction happens on
an emotional level.

21. That’s why it’s hard to become emotionally attracted to someone
who’s never directly shown how he feels about you.

22. When he never shows his intentions he
provokes neither positive nor negative
emotions in her.

23. And without emotion nothing you do (not even
presents and romantic gestures) will ever lead to her
seeing you as a sexual option.

24. If you spark emotion in a woman
she will at least consider you as
a sexual option.

25. Period.

26. And she will either be attracted to you or not.

27. But she’ll make it pretty clear which way she leans.

28. But if you don’t spark emotion, she
won’t ever consider you as more than
a good friend.

29. And you’ll be automatically put in the “friend-zone”
where there is no sex, or kissing, or hand-holding.

30. Actually there might be hand
holding.

31. After all this “you gotta spark
emotion” talk you probably wonder
how one does just that.

32. One of the best ways to trigger
emotion is through being
polarising.

You cannot be an attractive and life-changing
presence to some women without being a joke
or an embarrassment to others. You simply
can’t. You have to be controversial. You have
to polarize. It’s the name of the game.

34. Fortunately, being
polarizing is super easy.

35. For starters, go through life
without trying to hide anything.

37. Speak your mind and, e.g., be honest about the fact that
you can’t swim.

38. Stop wearing shoes with extra high heels that mask your
inferiority complex and OWN IT.

nd her attractive and think that she
might be a woman you want to get involved with.

40. Some people are going
to adore you, others will
hate your guts; but you’ll
never end up in the
friend-zone again, that’s
for sure.

41. I know that some of the advice I just
gave you can seem impossibly hard
to implement.

42. But simply being aware of where
where many men go wrong is
already a big first step.
