attained mastery

under the pressure

 You can secure your house, car or property using electronic or
physical security but your secret cannot be secured by these
means
 As a matter of fact you cannot trust anyone to be a keeper of
your secret
 You can never offer sufficient compensation for one to be
loyal to the job
 You never want to employee a secret keeper that quits. If you
do, the secret can never be secured again.

 Secret swapping is a technique often practiced among
individuals.
 If one has a secret for someone else, to have insurance on the
secret; the other individual (the initial secret owner) will ensure
that he has a secret to keep for the other party (the initial
secret keeper)
 The danger with secret swapping is that if the relationship
between the two secret keepers go sour then the insurance on
all secrets will be cancelled – no further coverage is
guaranteed.

7. Getting out of the job
 You cannot fire a secret keeper – that’s the last thing you want
to do
 The secret keeper cannot be fired because you cannot fire
someone that wasn’t hired
 You can only ensure that the secret keeper continues his/her
job because if he/she quits or abandons the job you’re in
trouble
 There is only one way to get out of the job and that’s to share
the secret – you’ll lose the job by default.
