comes from a far country for the sake of your
great name and your mighty hand and your
outstretched arm, when he comes and prays
toward this house, hear from heaven your
dwelling place and do according to all for
which the foreigner calls to you, in order that
all the peoples of the earth may know your
name and fear you, as do your people Israel,
and that they may know that this house that I
have built is called by your name.”

8. After this I looked, and there before me
was a great multitude that no one could
count, from every nation, tribe, people and
language, standing before the throne and
before the Lamb. They were wearing
white robes and were holding palm
branches in their hands. 10 And they cried
out in a loud voice: “Salvation belongs to
our God, who sits on the throne, and to
the Lamb.” Rev. 7:9
9. Then the angel showed me the river of the
water of life, bright as crystal, flowing from the
throne of God and of the Lamb 2 through the
middle of the street of the city; also, on either
side of the river, the tree of life[b] with its
twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit each
month. The leaves of the tree were for the
healing of the nations. ( Rev. 22:1-2)
10. “The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me,
because the LORD has anointed me to bring
good news to the poor; he has sent me to
bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim
liberty to the captives, and the opening of

proclaim the year of the LORD's favor, and
the day of vengeance of our God; to
comfort all who mourn.” Isa.61:1-2
