Developed a Risk & Processes based Criticality Analysis for all unit equipments. Collected all equipment failure
data, generating a reliable failure database and calculating MTTF, MTTR and unit Availability & Reliability.
Modified CMMS structure, including: new equipment classification and failure codes according to ISO 14224; new
maintenance plans according to developed FMEA, including frequencies according to calculated criticality.
