partner
organisation
SYTEV is an independent, non-governmental organisation focused on recovery of society through
charity and learning – education activity by introducing Christian and moral values.
The aim of the organization is support and development of activities on the local, national and
international level in the area of non-formal education, using free time, cultural-social and
volunteering practice for public, making communities and networks of youth and also focusing on
needs and requirements of people and their engagement to public life.
SYTEV develops democratic dialogue, education and entrepreneurship in Slovakia and abroad. To
achieve these aims it has an ongoing collaboration with the leading universities, NGOs and research
organizations in Slovakia for the development of projects, trainings and educational material.
SYTEV retains a valuable network of professional trainers and educational experts experienced in
formal and non-formal education. The network is considered competent to contribute to the
implementation of activities related to the initiatives of SYTEV and its partners.
The target group are teenagers and young people from 13 – 30 years old. The organization consists
of 5 main members (managers), 15 youth workers and more than 200 members/volunteers. The
organization covers informal groups of young people and cooperates with schools.

Organization's activities:
- organizes universal activities for ensuring its mission;
- cooperates with professionals, other associations and organizations, organizes cooperation
with legal and natural persons;
- provides publishing house – publishing activities to achieve the aim of the association;
- provides permanent spiritual, educational and methodological formation for its
members via courses, lectures, debates, stays in training facilities and other available
options;
- organizes cultural events, lectures, conference, discussion forums and meetings in both
small and bigger dimension;
- helps to develop small communities for children, teenagers and adults;
- provides exchanges in foreign countries within its means and cooperates with foreign
subjects for purpose of fulfilment of aims of association;
- provides services via internet and communicates with the mass media to share
achievements;
- organizes and mediates sport and touristic activities;
- organizes education and workshops for increasing the employability of young people;
- helps youth to open start-ups, businesses and social enterprises;
- prepares events for children and youth, offers them development and protection programs
as extra-curricular activities aimed at preparing them for life;
- prepares co-workers, mainly volunteers for work and engage them in the life of the
association and society;
- participate on youth exchanges and training courses, cooperate with European
organizations and coordinates and lead Erasmus+ and Visegrad fund projects.

Organization consists of 5 main managers who are involved in applications and are helping with
domestic/foreign projects.
Lukáš Hrošovský (trainer and facilitator https://www.linkedin.com/in/lukashrosovsky)
Director of the organization SYTEV. Youth worker, trainer, facilitator and mentor with more
than 5 years of skills and experience. During the study he was involved in many school and
extra-curricular activities. For recommendation: director of school youth assembly, successful
writter of high school professional works, participant of national program KOMPRAX,
participant of European Enterprise Business Game in Italy (2. Place), Market of fictive companies
in Bratislava (1. Place), Ostrava (2. Place), Český Tešín (3. Place) and Innovation idea of Žilina
region (2. Place). The biggest achievement is Memorial for Day of Students as a “Best student”
Žilina region and Memorial from high school as a “Most active student”.
He participated in more than 20 projects and he participated in all 5 projects, where SYTEV was
as a co-organizer or facilitator. He participated in many training courses about non-formal
education (Komprax) and Erasmus+.
Currently he is a trainer and a facilitator of non-formal education, self-development, self-
branding and time management and also Erasmus+ and employability of youth people through
online tools and social media and last but not least entrepreneurship and social business.
Renáta Bundzíková (project manager)
Project manager of SYTEV. She is a professional youth worker with more than 5 years of skills
and experience. She was a participant in more than 10 projects and she did 2 her own projects
with partners from another countries. She participated on training courses about Erasmus+,
project management, marketing of organization and economy of organization. She is the main
controller of projects before sending them to approval.

Bibiana Košová (PR)
Main manager of organisation and deputy of director. She is a one-year volunteer for
organisation. Since 15 she has been working with youth in many areas. She participated on 10
projects and helped on 2 ours. She takes care about participants which we are sending on
projects.
Daniela Podpleská
Accountant of SYTEV. She graduated from finance and now is a professional accountant with
more than 7 years of experience. She has managed more than 10 projects on finance and
accounting level. She has experience and skills with youth work, Erasmus+ and finance.
František Kekely
Marketing and youth centre manager in our organization. He manages our Facebook group, web
page and contact with the local media. About every project he writes articles to local newspapers
which has more than 2 000 readers. He manages the local youth centre with more than 100
members. He is studying journalism so on projects he is our main photographer, journalist and
worker with outputs of project. He participated on more than 5 projects.
Organization consists of more than 15 youth workers with many skills and experience who
can lead project groups. Every leader participated on more than 5 projects and was a co-
organizer on 1 - 2 projects in another country. Each of them participated on training
courses about Erasmus+ and non-formal education so they can coordinate workshops about
Erasmus+, Youthpass and non-formal education.

She was a participant in more than 10 projects and she did 2 her own projects with partners from another countries. She participated on training courses about Erasmus+, project management, marketing of organization and economy of organization. She is the main controller of projects before sending them to approval.

She is a one-year volunteer for organisation. Since 15 she has been working with youth in many areas. She participated on 10 projects and helped on 2 ours. She takes care about participants which we are sending on projects. Daniela Podpleská Accountant of SYTEV. She graduated from finance and now is a professional accountant with more than 7 years of experience. She has managed more than 10 projects on finance and accounting level. She has experience and skills with youth work, Erasmus+ and finance. František Kekely Marketing and youth centre manager in our organization. He manages our Facebook group, web page and contact with the local media. About every project he writes articles to local newspapers which has more than 2 000 readers. He manages the local youth centre with more than 100 members. He is studying journalism so on projects he is our main photographer, journalist and worker with outputs of project. He participated on more than 5 projects. Organization consists of more than 15 youth workers with many skills and experience who can lead project groups. Every leader participated on more than 5 projects and was a co- organizer on 1 - 2 projects in another country.
