Luke Feerer has volunteered at Dayton Children’s Hospital from June 2013 to September 2015.
During this time period he has contributed 68 hours of service to Dayton Children’s Hospital.

Luke – I just got word from Ops in regards to some lost photos and an issue you had at a
particular property?
I received the info below –
Major Kudos to this vendor.
Last week I assigned them 2 initial FNMA PPR work orders and Kris immediately contacted me
regarding a few questions, but got most of the instructions off of the new work order. I only had
to spend about 10 mins on the phone with him and he was off and running and said he’d have
both of them completed by the end of the weekend. Monday morning I received emails from
both Kris and Luke, frantic that Kris’s computer crashed over the weekend with all the photos
from w/o 20283899. They sent the hard drive to a company in California to recover the photos
only to find out that it was going to cost them a couple thousand dollars. They had two options:
pictures could be recovered by next Tuesday for $1900 or this Thursday for $2900! I told them
that if they could go to the property and provide me with photos showing the work had in fact
already been done, I would note the work order to be closed out next Wednesday. They
provided photos, but still chose the expedited option along with purchasing android phones in
order to use the Mobile App and avoid this happening again. They both are very polite and quick
to learn, I highly recommend them.
I just wanted to let you guys know how much we appreciate you being “pro-active” and when it
comes down to it, taking care of business. We really need more vendors like you guys in our
network!!  If you guys need anything or have any questions or concerns, please let me know.
I’ve noted your profile and I’m blasting Operations to let them know of the good work that you
all do.

We just received a call from the neighbor of this property. She says that the crew that we sent
recently KallHann Property Solutions did a great job. They really spent time doing the little
things and it seemed like they really cared about the appearance of the property. They did a great
job trimming bushes and pulling weeds that had been left by previous vendor.

Luke Feerer worked for me at Kforce Professional Staffing as an Account Executive.
As the need developed for an individual to handle our external client development I asked Luke
if he would accept the assignment to which he did without hesitation. One of his greatest
achievements was leading a project of placing seventy Loss Mitigation Consultants with a client
over a four week period. It started out as an order for 20 Loss Mitigators in one week, which
ended up being a test to see if and how quickly we could deliver on an additional 50 Loss
Mitigators for a total of 70.
We filled the entire order within four weeks which means we supplied and they approved all 70
in 14 days and the additional time was used by National City for scheduling training time.
Candidates from more than 20 recruiters filtered through to Luke and he would review for
compatibility prior to submitting to National City. We submitted 112 candidates, 79.5% were
approved by National City Mortgage and about half of the candidates declined were declined
because they were previous employees of National City Mortgage and they didn't want them
based on negative personality traits and work habits and not their background qualifications.
Based on the success of that project and Luke’s commitment, Kforce was awarded two other
projects from National City Corporate HQ in Cleveland, OH: 20 Underwriters and 5 Loan
Processors in Downer's Grove, IL, and 10 Underwriters and 5 Loan Processors in Pittsburgh, PA
I recommend Luke based upon his willingness to accept any challenge assigned to him and
excelling in his process to complete the project, his team player attitude, and his integrity while
adhering to corporate values.

Luke and his team were available to help us out on very short notice! We had a very serious
plumbing problem (frozen pipes that burst) and Luke and his team provided outstanding work!
Luke was polite, professional and prompt and I am grateful for the services they provided. The
team even found a way to make the repairs without any electricity in our house because they
knew our situation was serious and extremely urgent! We will use them again in the future and
suggest that you do too!
