4. a Digital Marketing Campaign for Real Estate
The Lexicon Bracknell
What problem did the client have?
Our client wanted a cutting-edge marketing solution to showcase the
transformation of the new Town Centre of Bracknell. The solution needed to
be applicable at their on-site marketing suite, as well as at events and trade-
shows. The challenge was to amplify existing traditional marketing tools
through the use of interactive and bespoke technology.
A key requirement was to make use of the newest technologies to show off
the progress of the development project and attract both media and future
visitors with the help of a seamless cross-platform experience.
Which product did we offer to solve the problem?
We developed a turn-key digital marketing campaign: three digital,
immersive products that are integrated into a single life-cycle including the
client’s traditional marketing tools and materials. Then we designed, built
and published a Digital Brochure, a Sales Companion and a Live
experience as an eye-catcher for events and presentations – either to the
general public or the joint sales team of the Bracknell Regeneration project.
How did the client use our product?
The client used the Vuframe Marketing Campaign to promote their project to
a global audience as well as to educate local residents about the new town
centre. It took centre stage at the BCSC Exhibit in Manchester and at the
MIPIM 2015 in London. The Live experience, when not used at events, was
the core of the on-site Marketing Suite in Bracknell. The Digital Brochure
pulled in a wide audience through their mobile devices. The Sales
Companion was used to start a conversation with potential clients, to
educate them and to follow them up - all done directly from the app.

a Digital Brochure for a Real Estate Development Project
XYZ
What problem did the client have?
Our client wanted a way to do innovative marketing for his upcoming
project showing creative muscle but at the same time streamlining
their own sales and marketing process. A key requirement was to
highlight the prominent location of the new XYZ Building in the heart
of Manchester’s financial city centre and raise public awareness and
enthusiasm.
Which product did we offer to solve the problem?
We put together a campaign with the Vuframe Digital Brochure
targeting Apple and Android devices.
How did the client use our product?
The product was used for the main press announcements of the XYZ
Building project and gained the client local and national press
exposure. The app was then released as a digital tie-in for the overall
marketing campaign (otherwise focused on online and print media).
What was the return on investment for using the product?
The client reached a wider and global audience than with traditional
marketing means in a shorter period of time and without additional
unit cost.
Product description (short)
XYZ is a landmark of modern design, a radical benchmark for
cutting edge working culture. The XYZ mobile app features an
immersive, realtime 3D model of the building exterior and interior
in context with the surrounding city centre as well as panoramic
views („Virtual Vista“) of the new surroundings. An interactive, 3D
interior allows to experience how XYZ will position itself as the
trendy local office space from a first person perspective („Virtual
Reality“). The app combines traditional marketing materials
(brochure & CGIs) with an interactive and immersive 3D model
which can be intuitively explored and even projected in front of
the user with the help of a marker image („Augmented Reality“).
