Total Experience 28 years
 At Present working as “ Director” at Swami Vivekanand Career Guidance
Scheme, Dept. of Higher Education, Govt. of M. P. Bhopal. 6 Registrars, More
than 86 PG Principals, more than 350 UG Principals are reporting to me.
 From March 1996 to 15th
July 2012 worked as “Asst. Professor ” with Govt. Girls
Degree College Dewas. During this tenure for various times I have acted as Incharge
Principal of this College. This College was Assessed by NAAC during my tenure as
Acting Principal and was awarded B+ Grade.
 From August 1994 to 24th
March 1996 worked as “Asst. Professor ” with Govt.
College Sonkatchh, District Dewas.
 From November 1993 to July 1994 worked as “Ass Professor ” with Govt. PG College
Dhar.
PLACEMENTS RELATED ACTIVITIES
 Created and Developed Fully Active Counselling, Training and Placement Cell at all
Govt. Colleges, (450+) of the State of M.P. which is one of its kind in India.
 Developed Various Training Modules for fulfilling the need of the students for getting
appropriate job/ self employment.
 Conducted exhaustive Counselling Sessions for students not only in whole of MP but at
different locations in the country.
 Established contact with the Industries for developing the placement activity at the
colleges and also to develop the Industry–Institute Linkages.
 Conducted various Mock Interview and Group Discussion sessions in order to improve
the performance of the students at the actual selection process.
 At present coordinating the Counselling, Training and Placement activities for all UG
& PG students of 452+ Govt. Colleges, 6500+ Govt. High & Higher Secondary
Schools, 200 ITIs and 10 State Universities.
 More than 40 Corporate houses offered placements opportunities at the different Govt.
Colleges of M.P.
 Regularly conducted MDPs for the Industries.

TRAINING PROGRAMMES & WORKSHOPS CONDUCTED
 Conducted more than 15 Training Programmes, comprising more than 20 sessions on
Training and Placement Activities for District and College TPOs.
 Conducted more than 100 Motivation Sessions for citizens of Dewas, Indore, Jabalpur
in MP, Jalgaon & Aurangabad in Maharashtra for Rain Water Conservation.
 Conducted more than 50 Training Sessions the Human Resources deployed in General
Elections under Election Commission of India and State Election Commission. Handled
Election Training for Human Resources including District Collectors, Additional & sub
Divisional Collectors, DFOs, Engineers independently for 10 years in Dewas District.
