helps determine how you’ll reach them.
Note: “Everyone” is not a good target
audience.
Now for the fun part – tactics! Social
media is one set of tactics; others
include brochures, direct response,
newsletters, videos, and events.
Match your tactics with your target
audiences (and your budget) for
maximum effectiveness.
5. MEASURE YOUR SUCCESS
With your communications objective as your guide, determine
how you will measure whether or not your plan was a success.
Frequently used measurements are website traffic numbers,
social media interactions, newsletter subscriptions and event
attendance.
