Create a simple “playbook” to become
social ready
Get your team aligned to what you want to achieve
by creating a social media playbook.
On 1 side of A4 simply start by setting simple goals
such as “increase student footfall on a Thursday
night”.
Then set roles and responsibilities, such as
“operations manager to collate club photographers
output” every Tuesday for use on social media.
Determine the sorts of social networks you will try,
remember not to become silly busy and only tackle
what is realistic.
Once you have decided which social networks set
time aside each week to spend time posting,
responding and creating.
Remember to review your results each week and
begin to adjust your strategy.
