This document outlines various occupational health and safety procedures and hazards. It defines hazards as anything that can cause harm, and risk as the possibility of being harmed by hazards. It then describes five main types of hazards: physical, biological, ergonomic, chemical, and psychological. For each type of hazard, examples are provided as well as potential effects on workers' health. The goal is to promote the well-being of workers through identifying and mitigating health and safety risks.
