  5. The experimental design is inspired from the social probes [8], translated to the professional context. Qualitative approach : gather an in-depth undretanding with smaller but focused samples It is based on the use of treatment groups only (no control group) and on a qualitative collection of data. Example : a collaborative tool for designing public space a group of people are asked about their perceptions, opinions, beliefs and attitudes towards a product, service, concept, idea, ... Here the focus group concerned the perception of the process.
