User Defined Start Up Screen
Each individual user can create unique start up screens.
Request for Customer Quotes Module
RFQs can be entered by anyone and gives the organization visibility of open RFQs. Once completed the
RFQ can be emailed as a quote letter and be scheduled for follow ups. When a purchase order is
received the RFQ can be converted into a sales order.

6. Detailed Quote Module
Gives the organization the ability to have anyone that can read a drawing create a quote by using
custom formulas and tables specific to the organization for calculating the different operations used to
make the part. BOM items have predefined costs when picked. Multiple quantity breakouts and
complex assemblies can be quoted. Any type of file can be attached to the quote and viewed. There is a
Quick Quote feature for doing simple quotes and any item can have an unlimited number of quotes
associated with it.
Cad Integration Module
There is a DXF File Analyzer, Solid Works Importer and MetaQuote option for estimating actual run
times per part and material utilization.

7. Project Module
The Project module gives the user the ability to manage multiple RFQs and the user can establish
budgets for the project. These carry down to the Sales Orders as well.
Sales Order Module
The sales order module has the ability to enter multiple line items and multiple releases for each line
item. Returns can be handled within the sales order within the Quality Control feature. Real-time costing
is reflected on the sales order.

vendor and to be used for vendor performance analysis for ISO vendor evaluations.
