1. While starving hard in career is commendable, be
mindful that too much chronic stress can affect well-
being & eventually lead to job burnout.
Acknowledge The

Set aside Time For
Relaxation
Give yourself permission to take a
break from work
Increase Work
Productivity
Drop unnecessary tasks to give
additional attention to more
important ones
Concentrate On
What You Can
Control
Identify source of stress and
differentiate between those you can
control & those you cannot
Re-evaluate your
Strengths, Passion &
Values
Ideally career should be in line with
these three factors
