5. Tracey Weathers
& True Praise in Motion
T.PI.M. started in June of 2000 in the home of Minis-
ter Tracey Weathers, Director of T.P.I.M Minister
Weathers testifies dedicated her life to Christ in 1999
and dance was her form of worship. Before coming to
Christ, she taught her children to gyrate and bump
and grind while she was in the world and prayed to
God for a way to undo that teaching. She began danc-
ing at her home to gospel music and invited her chil-
dren to join her. Minster Weathers, her daughter
Jacoda, her son Jason and her sister in Christ, Carrie
Pollard began choreographing dance routines and
Unique Praise was born. The group has ministered at
churches and events all over the county of Los Ange-
les, Orange County and San Diego. In 2003 the group came up under the pastor ship of Ronald Smith,
True Workers of the Holy Trinity House of Prayer and Worship and continued the ministry. In June of
2009, under the directorship of Minister Weathers, the group grew and the name was changed to True
Praise in Motion. T.P.I.M. are members of The International Dance Commission, “Dancing Preachers
and has ministered Internationally as well as nationwide. “We are not performers but we are dancing
preachers who allow God to minister the word of God through our bodies to the people of God.”

Ta Launa Beverly-Simmons
Since organizing, planning, and coordinating seemed to come effortlessly for Ta
Launa, she knew her mother’s words that have stuck with her would one day come
to pass. “You are a natural leader who can easily take the reigns of any task that has
been bestowed upon you-LET YOUR GIFTS WORK TO GLORIFY GOD”
Miraculously some new event or challenge seemed to always drop right into her lap.
Operating and focusing on doing God’s work, Ta Launa always accepts new
responsibilities and champions each project with care, effectiveness, and most of all
integrity. She is also a phenomenal M.C. whose much sought after skills have been
requested to host several parties, church functions and civic affairs. Motivation to
always help others was the driving force in developing her own business “Majestic
Concepts”. Majestic Concepts provides special events planning, total wedding coordination, and professional
M.C. Services. Ta Launa, along with her business partner Anthony Ball, have formed “TNT Production
Company”. This company is dynamically on fire for Jesus and assist only up and coming local gospel talent.
TNT provides these artists assistance in the areas of marketing, showcasing, and gaining exposure in order to
enter into the industry.
It is her endeavor to one day expand her business to include accommodating the needs of our young women
in the community and assisting them in the areas of image consulting, personal development, self
empowerment, and life skills through classes and workshops.

19. Minister Shirley Knight-Harris
Is one of the most beautiful compensations
of this life, that no one can sincerely try to
help another without helping themselves.
This has never been as true as it is with you.

20. X SKHM Inc., Minister Shirley Knight-Harris Ministry, is a nonprofit
Ministry working with the needy, downtrodden, and homeless. Since the
homeless population is no longer limited to the downtown area we
recognized that ministries were needed in our local communities. This was the
motivation that was instrumental in us establishing a feeding kitchen. Hot meals are
provided every third Saturday, of the month as well as Pre-Thanksgiving Dinner to aid
in fulfilling the needs of the people within a selected area of South Central Los
Angeles.
There is future to operate other ministries under the ESKHM Umbrella. This includes
a latchkey Morning and Afternoon School Program, A clothing ministry, and most
recently “A Mother’s Cry” which provides an outlet for mothers hurting in our
community who have lost their children to murder, gang violence, drive by shootings,
drugs, prison, suicide, etc. ESKHM is continuously seeking volunteers to labor in
many areas of the ministry - (serving, ministering, programs, prayer board, board
members, and counseling).
