situation. The full book gives with few examples and it’s more about corporate worries.
WOW- defined as Work on Worries if you worry you will be in a hurry to make mistakes, which
will lead to some more worries.
So….
Never hurry

Problems are problems if you take problem as a problem.
Acknowledgements:
This is not a long book. This is short book with straight to the point. There are no special statements and
UN necessary extensions on a topic. All the notes are of my real life experience.
I thank my wife for supporting me in this. Thanks for all my friends/colleagues/well wishers.

Conclusion
Why to worry?
Why to worry? The big question in my life what exactly the worry is? Why should people worry for a
thing which has no physical appearance?
If we observe a coin which has heads and tails and the people with the +ve and –ve
mentalities the consequence of both attitudes takes his life from high level to ground level and ground
level to high level . So worry is nothing but a unappearance act in every one’s life.
Here the +ve and –ve attitudes of people play a major role. The worries for +ve attitude people never
last longer and for –ve attitude people it drags until they change their attitudes.
Some unfortunate worries for some people from childhood……….
A boy is worried whether to say his exam results to his parents when he was failed. A
teenager worries his girl friend accept his love (or) not.
So for certain age or certain time limit, the worries can be solved by the help of elders as they
have moral support from the elders/parents/friends from backend and these worries occurs due to
thinking levels (or) maturity levels of the person.
But at one certain stage worries/problems need to solve by an individual and this can solve by
having best +ve attitude in most of the cases. So attitude matters everywhere.
Unfortunately, the suicide ratio is increased then the intelligence ratio . This is not only
limited for a single country. But the entire world. Always try to sail in the boat of positive attitude. When
you get read of danger though you stuck in problems. As said in previous book
+*+=+
-*-=+
These are two equations for life to stay in positive attitude.
Am I fit in a team?
Its funny see that there are some people who get into company after facing 4 – 5 rounds
successfully and after few months in the company feels that “am I fit in this team”.
After going to real life research I found that this word comes when the guy fails
to understand the team. Remember, “I am not happy with this team “is different from “am I fit in a
team”.
I am not happy with this team:
There are many reasons where in a guy feels that I am not happy with the team.
The reason may be
1. The support from the team
2. The guy is not happy with the work which is given to him
3. Team members attitude
Am I fit for a team:-
Unfortunately, if I am a mind reader and I find a guy something like this, then, I would straightly
question him. Why do you feel that you are not fit into a team?
In most of the cases, this word exists due to lack of confidence and negative attitude.
Lack of confidence and –ve attitude vs. work culture:
I can say this is a performance issue when a guy who joined in a company.
Whoever joins in a firm, they are trained up and they will be given certain targets for every
quarter/year. This is a best period for every guy to make himself proved to the team so that he can do
his best to the team.
Agree to the fact not all fingers can be same and not all team members can perform
equally. Some may gain knowledge within minutes and some may take some hours .however
management looks all these scenarios by arranging individual 1:1 sections.
For example, say in a team of 10 members, If a team achieved98% quality in one month and
99% in the next month and the average individual performance is 99 and the guy score only 95. The guy
who scored 95 would fight himself in his mind asking whether he is a good performer (or) not. At times
he fails to discuss these things with the colleagues (or) friends/family members.
The best way to overcome these things is simply be +ve and have full grip in all the topics which
he has. If you are unsure of any topic, the best answer is “I don’t know” feel free to say I don’t know for
any level of employee. If you are not sure of any topic, avoid giving unfilled answers. In the extreme
levels the team decides to relieve you from the company then also you need not worry as
“You are only 1 but jobs are many”
“If not this then that” is best way to go in life- remember life is a game, and you are the participant if the
team wins it means you also won. It depends whether who is the best performer but you need not
worry for that and happy to be a part of team. Participation is more important than winning (or) losing.
My team failed to recognize me:-
This is one of the feelings for most employees, in this corporate world. Let me be frank, no team will
ever recognize you unless you show them what are you up to? You may have specific talents but if you
don’t express it all your talent goes into vein. In other case, if you have talent which is not needed for
the team and still if you work on it in that team, it means that you are wasting your most of the time.
Small fact: “impossible things is always impossible, if you try it make to possible then again it’s
impossible”. So always try to be in a state where things can be applicable. Logic works but not always. If
you are unique definitely there will be a day your team recognizes your talent
Uniqueness:
Why should you be unique in a team? What’s the need for it? There are two different talent guys in
this world.
a) Talented persons (tp).
b) Multi talented persons (mtp).
Agree to fact that without talent you can never get a job and without your own talent you can never be
a part of team.
So every team has talented persons, who give the best quality. So if you want to be something different
among others (or) if you want to be more special than others, then there is a need of unique factor
which will take to you to next level either by work (Or) by character.
If you ask me why this is needed I would say decide yourself whether if you want to be “the
one among many”.
You +2 guys join in a firm on the same day and after 6 months the value given to you and the
other 2 will vary, depending upon your uniqueness in the job. The unique quality plays a major role in
every firm.
I mean to say that try to do something different in the work which you do regularly.
Think in a way such that your ideas bring a major change to your process and your task. This is not a new
topic but exists from past.
Example, when you go to an ATM when insert your card it takes an average of 10 secs for a transaction ,
but if you start thinking to reduce it to 5sec’s , then obviously you are recognized. Here the value of your
work has taken into priority and many of the users are benefited only by your valuable idea.
So ideas/suggestions are given by many people. But the value of the idea will be used only few people.
Only unique people with different mentalities and logical way of approach can do this. So, free up your
mind and think as much as you can use the logic and I don’t know factor which will lead to major success
of your performance to apply this share your thoughts to the one when you trust he may use your idea
(or) cheat you and get credit but still you haven’t lost anything.
Quote: A thief can take away all your items but can never steel your brain.
Personal problems vs. office work:
We can see many people in these days where they involve personal problems into
office work. They come in frustrated/dull mood to office. They get irritated very easily where he hates
giving company to others, where the quality of the work on that day is low.
These things may give a negative impression to the team. If a team member
understands your situation, he can show sympathy but not empathy. So, personal issues are always
personal and work is work. Never involve your personal problems into work culture which will disturb
the climate in your team.
For example, if you fight with your wife and come to office. Is there any need for you (or) people to
sympathies you? (Or) what is needed to disturb the healthy climate in the team? Fact is that the
management pays you money but not your wife (or) anyone else. Though your wife leaves you!! Still you
need to work for money and for food and first things first.
So, as said worries and problems are just like a clouds which will never stay for long. If you
see a sky full of clouds, then wait for some time and see clean sky. You are a common man and you have
all the talent in you. So, and you also know how to convince (or) compromise the things in your
surroundings and what is the need to disturb your team?
Whenever you have problems and you are into work. Then complete the work first
and think about your problems next. Remember “work has no substitute” but in life you have many
options. Also your attitude plays a vital role in your performance. So, make sure that nothing disturbs
you when you are in work. Always respect to the fact that “work is worship”.
Work first worry next
Work culture vs. personal attitude:
There are situations in your office where an individual hate the character (or)
behavior of the subordinates. You may be perfect but your surroundings may ruin you. Though you hate
it, the fact is you need to work with them. As you are parts of the team, If you express this to your
manager he may think of you but keep an eye on your character as well. So never give a chance to
anyone.
Remember! If you face the problem with few guys in a team, then it may not be your mistake. But if you
face the same from all the team members, then your team has a problem with you. If you have problem
with 1 or 2 then try to speak with them personally. Say the problem you are facing with them. If this is
not possible, then speak to your superiors who can suggest or even solve it.
Just like in life, in office you can have alternatives. The management not only pays you but even pays an
attention on you and your problems. Use the common fact: even a girl can’t accept your love until you
say her. Initiative should be taken by you… only you. Also if you are in extreme state, remember that
you need to work for only 8hrs and in that time, focus on new things in your work and be busy all time.
“There are members who cheated organizations, but there are no organizations
that cheated members”
Final word:
What made me to write this book? :
We have small life, in which we can do a lot of things. As you know, you can never predict death. So…
Why to worry? Death is the extreme pain by you to others. All worries look small when you compare
with worries. Living 365 days without worries is a biggest worry. Most of us have very small worries
which can be solved.
These worries will impact in your career/Business. You will face health problems, mental tension waste
lots and lots of time which is not necessary. You are born to achieve something and due to these factors
you do nothing. Live for a purpose and don’t prefer the safe zone till some extent. As per human brain,
you can do miracles before 40 and after you need to settle in safe zone. Achieve something before 40
and get things to your way.
Fight on everything… Fight on worries… In world you find great people and all great people are warriors.
Warriors never think for worries, they fight it. Come out of all hurdles. If your salary is not enough, just
don’t prefer to change to other firm but search for other resources after 8hr work. You can get all in one
place. You need to compromise at one situation
However I prefer to end here and Thank you all for reading thing. Regret if you find any grammatical
mistakes.
Note: Special thanks to Koushik… as the word “I don’t know factor” came from his words.
All the Best
Keep smiling!

WoW - Work on Worries

  • 1. WoW!! Work on Worries Hi all, I’m back with one more topic WOW. This book will focus on the worry which varies for situation to situation. The full book gives with few examples and it’s more about corporate worries. WOW- defined as Work on Worries if you worry you will be in a hurry to make mistakes, which will lead to some more worries. So…. Never hurry Eat strawberry and Enjoy songs your blackberry Problems are problems if you take problem as a problem. Acknowledgements: This is not a long book. This is short book with straight to the point. There are no special statements and UN necessary extensions on a topic. All the notes are of my real life experience. I thank my wife for supporting me in this. Thanks for all my friends/colleagues/well wishers.
  • 2. INDEX Why to worry Am I fit in a team? My team failed to recognize me Personal problems vs. office work Uniqueness Work culture vs. attitude Conclusion
  • 3. Why to worry? Why to worry? The big question in my life what exactly the worry is? Why should people worry for a thing which has no physical appearance? If we observe a coin which has heads and tails and the people with the +ve and –ve mentalities the consequence of both attitudes takes his life from high level to ground level and ground level to high level . So worry is nothing but a unappearance act in every one’s life. Here the +ve and –ve attitudes of people play a major role. The worries for +ve attitude people never last longer and for –ve attitude people it drags until they change their attitudes. Some unfortunate worries for some people from childhood………. A boy is worried whether to say his exam results to his parents when he was failed. A teenager worries his girl friend accept his love (or) not. So for certain age or certain time limit, the worries can be solved by the help of elders as they have moral support from the elders/parents/friends from backend and these worries occurs due to thinking levels (or) maturity levels of the person. But at one certain stage worries/problems need to solve by an individual and this can solve by having best +ve attitude in most of the cases. So attitude matters everywhere.
  • 4. Unfortunately, the suicide ratio is increased then the intelligence ratio . This is not only limited for a single country. But the entire world. Always try to sail in the boat of positive attitude. When you get read of danger though you stuck in problems. As said in previous book +*+=+ -*-=+ These are two equations for life to stay in positive attitude.
  • 5. Am I fit in a team? Its funny see that there are some people who get into company after facing 4 – 5 rounds successfully and after few months in the company feels that “am I fit in this team”. After going to real life research I found that this word comes when the guy fails to understand the team. Remember, “I am not happy with this team “is different from “am I fit in a team”. I am not happy with this team: There are many reasons where in a guy feels that I am not happy with the team. The reason may be 1. The support from the team 2. The guy is not happy with the work which is given to him 3. Team members attitude Am I fit for a team:- Unfortunately, if I am a mind reader and I find a guy something like this, then, I would straightly question him. Why do you feel that you are not fit into a team? In most of the cases, this word exists due to lack of confidence and negative attitude. Lack of confidence and –ve attitude vs. work culture: I can say this is a performance issue when a guy who joined in a company.
  • 6. Whoever joins in a firm, they are trained up and they will be given certain targets for every quarter/year. This is a best period for every guy to make himself proved to the team so that he can do his best to the team. Agree to the fact not all fingers can be same and not all team members can perform equally. Some may gain knowledge within minutes and some may take some hours .however management looks all these scenarios by arranging individual 1:1 sections. For example, say in a team of 10 members, If a team achieved98% quality in one month and 99% in the next month and the average individual performance is 99 and the guy score only 95. The guy who scored 95 would fight himself in his mind asking whether he is a good performer (or) not. At times he fails to discuss these things with the colleagues (or) friends/family members. The best way to overcome these things is simply be +ve and have full grip in all the topics which he has. If you are unsure of any topic, the best answer is “I don’t know” feel free to say I don’t know for any level of employee. If you are not sure of any topic, avoid giving unfilled answers. In the extreme levels the team decides to relieve you from the company then also you need not worry as “You are only 1 but jobs are many” “If not this then that” is best way to go in life- remember life is a game, and you are the participant if the team wins it means you also won. It depends whether who is the best performer but you need not worry for that and happy to be a part of team. Participation is more important than winning (or) losing.
  • 7. My team failed to recognize me:- This is one of the feelings for most employees, in this corporate world. Let me be frank, no team will ever recognize you unless you show them what are you up to? You may have specific talents but if you don’t express it all your talent goes into vein. In other case, if you have talent which is not needed for the team and still if you work on it in that team, it means that you are wasting your most of the time. Small fact: “impossible things is always impossible, if you try it make to possible then again it’s impossible”. So always try to be in a state where things can be applicable. Logic works but not always. If you are unique definitely there will be a day your team recognizes your talent
  • 8. Uniqueness: Why should you be unique in a team? What’s the need for it? There are two different talent guys in this world. a) Talented persons (tp). b) Multi talented persons (mtp). Agree to fact that without talent you can never get a job and without your own talent you can never be a part of team. So every team has talented persons, who give the best quality. So if you want to be something different among others (or) if you want to be more special than others, then there is a need of unique factor which will take to you to next level either by work (Or) by character. If you ask me why this is needed I would say decide yourself whether if you want to be “the one among many”. You +2 guys join in a firm on the same day and after 6 months the value given to you and the other 2 will vary, depending upon your uniqueness in the job. The unique quality plays a major role in every firm.
  • 9. I mean to say that try to do something different in the work which you do regularly. Think in a way such that your ideas bring a major change to your process and your task. This is not a new topic but exists from past. Example, when you go to an ATM when insert your card it takes an average of 10 secs for a transaction , but if you start thinking to reduce it to 5sec’s , then obviously you are recognized. Here the value of your work has taken into priority and many of the users are benefited only by your valuable idea. So ideas/suggestions are given by many people. But the value of the idea will be used only few people. Only unique people with different mentalities and logical way of approach can do this. So, free up your mind and think as much as you can use the logic and I don’t know factor which will lead to major success of your performance to apply this share your thoughts to the one when you trust he may use your idea (or) cheat you and get credit but still you haven’t lost anything. Quote: A thief can take away all your items but can never steel your brain.
  • 10. Personal problems vs. office work: We can see many people in these days where they involve personal problems into office work. They come in frustrated/dull mood to office. They get irritated very easily where he hates giving company to others, where the quality of the work on that day is low. These things may give a negative impression to the team. If a team member understands your situation, he can show sympathy but not empathy. So, personal issues are always personal and work is work. Never involve your personal problems into work culture which will disturb the climate in your team. For example, if you fight with your wife and come to office. Is there any need for you (or) people to sympathies you? (Or) what is needed to disturb the healthy climate in the team? Fact is that the management pays you money but not your wife (or) anyone else. Though your wife leaves you!! Still you need to work for money and for food and first things first. So, as said worries and problems are just like a clouds which will never stay for long. If you see a sky full of clouds, then wait for some time and see clean sky. You are a common man and you have all the talent in you. So, and you also know how to convince (or) compromise the things in your surroundings and what is the need to disturb your team? Whenever you have problems and you are into work. Then complete the work first and think about your problems next. Remember “work has no substitute” but in life you have many
  • 11. options. Also your attitude plays a vital role in your performance. So, make sure that nothing disturbs you when you are in work. Always respect to the fact that “work is worship”. Work first worry next Work culture vs. personal attitude: There are situations in your office where an individual hate the character (or) behavior of the subordinates. You may be perfect but your surroundings may ruin you. Though you hate it, the fact is you need to work with them. As you are parts of the team, If you express this to your manager he may think of you but keep an eye on your character as well. So never give a chance to anyone. Remember! If you face the problem with few guys in a team, then it may not be your mistake. But if you face the same from all the team members, then your team has a problem with you. If you have problem with 1 or 2 then try to speak with them personally. Say the problem you are facing with them. If this is not possible, then speak to your superiors who can suggest or even solve it. Just like in life, in office you can have alternatives. The management not only pays you but even pays an attention on you and your problems. Use the common fact: even a girl can’t accept your love until you say her. Initiative should be taken by you… only you. Also if you are in extreme state, remember that you need to work for only 8hrs and in that time, focus on new things in your work and be busy all time. “There are members who cheated organizations, but there are no organizations that cheated members”
  • 12. Final word: What made me to write this book? : We have small life, in which we can do a lot of things. As you know, you can never predict death. So… Why to worry? Death is the extreme pain by you to others. All worries look small when you compare with worries. Living 365 days without worries is a biggest worry. Most of us have very small worries which can be solved. These worries will impact in your career/Business. You will face health problems, mental tension waste lots and lots of time which is not necessary. You are born to achieve something and due to these factors you do nothing. Live for a purpose and don’t prefer the safe zone till some extent. As per human brain, you can do miracles before 40 and after you need to settle in safe zone. Achieve something before 40 and get things to your way.
  • 13. Fight on everything… Fight on worries… In world you find great people and all great people are warriors. Warriors never think for worries, they fight it. Come out of all hurdles. If your salary is not enough, just don’t prefer to change to other firm but search for other resources after 8hr work. You can get all in one place. You need to compromise at one situation However I prefer to end here and Thank you all for reading thing. Regret if you find any grammatical mistakes. Note: Special thanks to Koushik… as the word “I don’t know factor” came from his words. All the Best Keep smiling!
