Job Responsibility:
 Preparing of master validation plan for new products and existing products.
 Estimating the validation charges for new products.
 Study product characteristics or customer requirements and confer with management to define validation
objectives standards.
 Manage risk identification and mitigation actions in order to minimize their impact of the project.
 Design and development of test fixture and jigs for validation of New Products.
 Creating the Dimensional drawing, Part drawing, assembly drawing for Test fixture and jigs
 Experience in conversion of 3D to 2D drawing.
 Experience in preparation of BOM (Bill of Material) for Testing Fixture and jigs for new Projects in SAP.
 Discussion with supplier in developing the customized testing equipment as per internal or external protocol.
 Conduct validation and verification for new and existing Products (Window Regulator Mechanism and Door Latch
Mechanism) and its child components in accordance with internal protocols or external standards or DVP (Design
Validation Plan).
 Examining validation test data to define whether products have met acceptance criteria as per internal protocols or
external standards or DVP.
 Data collection on product performance and analyze the reason for poor performance along with the design team to
drive for improvements.
 Prepare detailed test reports based on results of validation and qualification tests as per the internal or external
protocol or DVP.
 Conducting the Value Analysis and Value Engineering activities for the existing products to improve the product
performance, whilst reducing costs to provide said performance.
 Preparation of documentation for APQP, PPAP process.
 Conducting teardown analysis and using fish bone diagram method to obtain the Root cause for the failure noticed
in the new products.
 Create, populate, and maintain database for tracking of validation activities, test results, and validated new and
existing products.
 Conduct test as per internal or external protocol by manual & virtual.
 Assist in training equipment operators or other staff on validation protocols standard operating procedures.
 Prepare, maintain, or review validation compliance documentation, like engineering change request, DVP (design
validation plan), and protocols.

 Conducting periodic calibration for instruments and machines used in the test lab for validation of products.
 Conducting the fitment trail of the products at in – house and at customer site.
 September 2008 – April 2011:Worked with Sushma Industries, Bangalore as Engineer in Testing & Calibration
department.

 Calibration of customized torque and force measuring equipment.
 Calibration of Instrument like torque measuring device, force measuring device, pressure sensors, pressure gauge,
dead weights(E2,F1,F2,M1,M2standard weights).
 Completed the training course about Internal Auditing as per ISO 17025 in ETDC, Bangalore.
 Conducting Internal audits in the lab as per ISO17025.
 To carry out periodic calibration for instruments and machines used in the test lab and data recorded with
traceability.
