3. Production Diary
This is the camera that I shot with to do the interviews with Nathan Atkinson,
Lydia Horabin and Sean Marshall. The camera that I used is the Canon DS 500,
I used this with a tripod to get a even angled talking head shot when
interviewing them.
4. QUESTIONS/FEEDBACK With the feedback, the things that I did well on is the
talking heads and the interviews, with me sticking
with the same three people for the interviews as it
makes a personal connecting between the people
and the audience as they will also most likely be
teens. The things that I could improve on and do
better is having constituency with the background of
my interviews just to have a look of professionalism
rather than having one be different than the rest.
Another thing is that the documentary is very slow
paced and that is because I have long clips of
information so next time I will chop it up and make it
more entertaining an fast so it doesn’t get boring at
certain points, the quality of the camera at times is
very bad and I found that I get better quality on my
iPhone 11, next time I will figure out how to make
the quality better on the camera or use my phone
for taking videos, that would limit how I would take
videos with a tripod or dolly shots.
