2. • A biography is writing about somebody other
than yourself.
• The word biography comes from two Greek
words: Bio = Life and graphos = writing. Thus
biography means life writing.
• When you write your autobiography, you are
writing about your life.
• In order to do this you will follow the five steps
of writing

• What do you dislike the most?

• Interview some one who knew you when you
were little
• Remember anecdotes (things that really
happened to you)
• Choose one important event in your life
• Get pictures of yourself
• Ask your best friend what he/she thinks of you
5. Write you information in complete
sentences.
Don’t worry about spelling or layout at
this time.
6. Beginning - The beginning should state
the focus of your writing in a way that makes
the reader want to read.
Middle - Make sure you use descriptive
words so that the reader can imagine how
you really are. Please remember details and
examples
End – That explains why you are who you
are and how his/her dreams may relate to
your dreams
