Over the past 30 years, a highly motivated , confident with exceptional multi-tasking and
organizational skills in numerous areas , possessing a significant record of achievement and
experience in Management, Coordination, Organization and Administration activities in reputable
enterprises (such as National Oil Distribution Co–NODCO-QATAR Petrojet and QGPC) as per
the below experience summary.
MY EXPERIENCE SPANS THE FOLLOWING AREAS:
1. Coordinating and consulting, design, procurement, planning and all logistic
according to project requirement for Jet Fuel, 36 KM pipeline from Umm Said
refinery to New Hamad International Airport by Petrojet Company based on my
previous experience with QP refinery as section head of instrumentation and
control department and All Project Financial Policy .
2. Group leader for the major Shutdown projects for Oil & Gas Plants. Based on my
previous experience with the major petrochemical plants here in Qatar such as QP
Refinery (NODCO), NGL, QAFCO, QVC Etc., Including various department in
Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Inspection and Rotary equipments.
3. Planning and Managing Projects from initiation through completion (Vision,
Strategy, Feasibility Studies, Budgeting, Contracting, Procurements,
Implementation, Monitoring and Control).
4. Fully aware with Electro-Mechanical Engineering Codes / Standards /
Specification and Equipment Cost Analysis / Procurement, as such, providing
required consultation for feasibility studies.
5. Preparing and implementing corporate requirements for equipments and various

10. D-Bottle Neck project to increase the refinery capacity to 12,000 bpd.

13. Extension for multi production Tank farm at Umm Saeed refinery.
14. Upgrading of refinery No.1 and coupling with refinery No.2 by one control room and transfer
of the refinery No. 1 from pneumatic system to electronic system.

15. SCADA System Multi-Refinery production pipeline from Umm Saeed to Abu Hamour, Doha.
