Transferring yarns from bobbin, hank, ring etc. into a convenient package.
Warp yarn is wound on cheese, cone and flanged bobbin packages and weft yarn is
wound on cop and pirn packages.
Description of the Machinery
11. Warping:
Parallel winding of warp ends from
many winding packages (cone, cheese)
on to a common package (warp beam). We saw two types of warping
in Noman Weaving Mills Ltd

After completing warping sizing is applied.
Most important process to achieve
optimum weaving.
proficiency specially for filament and blended
yarns.
Called the heart of weaving.
Also gives a protectivecoating on yarn surface.
14. Drawing -in:
Process of drawing that every warp through the drop wire, heald eye & reed dents.

performance, or "hand" (feel) of the finish textile or clothing.
• It is a broad range of industrial processes that alter the surface of a
manufactured item.
18. Quality Control unit of the industry
Faulty woven fabrics hampers the total quality. So inspection is needed. The testisg facilities of this
industry higher than any other industry of Banglasdesh.
There are two types of Quality Control System
Online Quality System Off-line Quality System
Raw material Control
Process Control
19. Faults of Fabric in Quality Control
Various types of faults found in woven fabric has
mentioned in the below:
• Broken ends or warp
