My internet experience began on November of 2000, while working on behalf of North America’s largest cable provider Comcast Cable. I started as a tech support and inside sales agent, by the end of 2001, I was supporting the company’s expansion initiatives as a supervisor and trainer in the newly opened sites all over North America to meet the high volume demands of Comcast's call center operations. My passion for social media started in 2011 while working with Samsung Mobile as part of a Social Media brand ambassador program called Samsung Mobilers.
