Company introduction
iPoS Print Private limited started with an idea few years back of creating mobile tablet based
point of sales systems for small and medium sized businesses and provide them with a
simple, easy to use and cost effective alternative to the existing pos systems available.
After a few years of designing helped by the design team at Unitak POS Systems, a POS
product company based out of Ukraine, a new product was born which has the potential to be
a disruptive force in the pos arena.
In late 2014, we finally decided to introduce these products to the Indian market and in
December, 2014 iPoS Print Pvt. Ltd. was created.
Our vision is to provide flexible, mobile and smart android based POS systems to the next
door store or restaurant or even the local market retail store.

Future milestones & vision of the company
™
This is a very important part for iPoS Print. Since we are serving a
niche industry, we want to come out with a bang and capture a
significant market share. Needless to say this will be an on-going
process and we need the right approach here.
We want to build a valuable company from a customer’s
perspective and hence having effective and efficient after
sales service is a must. We need assistance with finding the
right party to outsource our after sales service needs to.
We would like to have our own tablet PC to go with our line
of POS systems in order to have a complete solution. So
need assistance with finding the right people for this.

Future milestones & vision of the company

We would like to have our own POS software as well in
order to move forward with having our own all-in-one
system which can fully utilize the hardware capabilities
We have new products in Design and would want to
introduce them in India.
We are very interested in moving our current assembly
setup from China to India.
