The Local Yokel event; Best of Sichuan is a two- day local festival to promote
Sichuan’s Gastronomy, culture, tradition and to incorporate the international
community with the Chinese culture.
This event is oriented towards foreigners living and working in the city with
their families, these people are from all around the world and speak many dif-
ferent languages but in the end they all communicate in English, as we know in
China finding an English-speaking doctor can be challenging. That is way it is
important to them to trust a doctor that is well known around the internation-
al community.
Health is a priority to these families and identifying you company to them
can be a great opportunity to gain new patients, and well as for the families to
know an English-speaking doctor they can trust.

Local Yokel; Best of Sichuan is a two- day local
festival to promote Sichuan’s Gastronomy, tradi-
tions, and businesses, from the famous Sichuan
opera to the most unique dishes and more. The
event will be held at the Global Center, the larg-
est building in the world, during the 5th and 6th of
October. This event is intended to bring togeth-
er foreigners from around the world, living in the
city to learn more about the culture where they
are living in.

5. Entertaimnet Spotlight
Young LI, is a profesional perfomer
well known for the sichuan opera per-
formance. He has been performing for
over 25 years, and loves showcasing the
sichuan culture to those who have never
seen it the way it should be seen.
Li has experience with the face chang-
ing art of masks, tea ceremony and many
other retuales that are important in the
sichuan culture.
He was born in Chongqin, Sichuan, Chi-
na and has been tought the art of face
changing from his father.
7. Sponsorship Details
NAMING RIGHTS – Only one sponsor will have the naming rights and the name of the
company will be added to the title and logo of the event.
MAGAZINE LOGO INCLUSION- Local Chengdu Expats magazine will advertise the event
and the logo will be added with in the event’s publication in addition to the event logo.
LOGO IN SCHOOL BANNER INCLUSION- Banners and posters will be given to students
and parents at the local middle schools and high schools. The company logo and event logo
will be added.
STAGE NAMING RIGHTS- Only one sponsor will have the rights to the stage name.
GIVEAWAY- Each company will be able to interact with the atendees thoughout a giveaway
that will be held in the main stage. (Each company has to bring their own prices).
ON-SITE ACTIVATION- Each company will be able to interact with the attendees thoigh-
out games, activities and special boths.
INCLUSION ON ENTRANCE BANNERS- Each compani will have their logo place on a
banner located in the entance of the event. Each company will have their own banner.
INCLUSION ON EVENT MAP- THe Event map will be digital and will incude a logo on top
of the company’s both location. (Each company must have an inteactive both).
INCLUSION ON EVENT PROGRAM - Each company’s logo will be place on the bottom of
the event progam.
INCLUSION ON WECHAT- Each company will be included in the WeChat page with a
click-on link that will automaticly add the company to each atendee’s contact list.
COMPLEMENTARY TICKETS- Each company will reasive complemetary tickets and the
quantity will depend of the package.
INCLUSION IN SOCIAL MEDIA- Each company will be talked about in social media and
the quatity of times will depend on the page. $5,000 (16 times), $2,500 (10 times), $1,000 (5
times), $500 (2 times).
