Consumer Centric
 To our Client, MyyyDAS adds a new and automatic sales channel directly
with the Consumer as well as real-time Consumption Statistics and
Artificial Intelligence Services around it.
 To the Consumer, MyyyDAS provides an automatic or semi-automatic
solution to buy frequently consumed products.
 Our solution is based on only one artifact. Trash!
 Understanding the consumer’s trash, we can identify several insights. And one of them is our
main objective. Real-time stock of products.
 Once our Client become the main provider of that family, we’ll be able to offer them an
automatic, or semi-automatic, process for replacing the product that was throw in the trash
bin.
 We can do that by providing a “Smart Trash Bin”, a Smartphone App, our MyyyDAS platform
and a set of local MyyyDAS Clients (Sports Nutrition Stores, Organic Food Stores, Beauty
Products, and more).

How it works?
 Initial setup. Only once.
 Users set up the Smart Trash Bin and the consumer profile/registration (payment methods,
best times for delivery, automatic or semi-automatic mode, etc).
 After the initial setup. Day-to-Day in Automatic Mode.
 User consumes a product and throws the package (garbage) in the MyyyDAS Smart Trash
Bin;
 According to consumer profile, receive a notification on the Smartphone, informing that the
product was bought and will be delivered soon.
 After the time stipulated by our Client, the product is delivered to the consumer’s residence.

 The actual problem is bureaucracy! People lose too much time going to a Retail Store.

 Usually, a customer needs 15 steps to replace products they usually buy. Just to name a few,
from taking notes of what is missing, going to the car, grab a shopping cart, pay and get back
home.
 We want customers to have their products replaced automatically or at least with one or two
simple steps.
 How many families in the WORLD would like to have their products replaced
automatically (or with very few interactions)?
Opportunity – II
MyyyDAS Client Centric
 We want to provide a new Sales Channel to retailers, in such a way they can expand their
Customer range, and yet maintain current physical stores as they are. These same stores
could act as mini distribution centers.
 Artificial Intelligence Services such as Retail Insights(e.g: Cross Sell Insight), Real-Time
Consumption Statistics, and individual based Consumptions Profiles will be unique and
outstanding services. They will be able to deliver to the Client’s Sales and Marketing
teams a unique competitive advantage.
 How many Retail Stores, such as Sports Nutrition, Organic Food, Beauty Products and
more, would like to have an alternative/supplementary business model, where they do not
have to pay a fortune for a nice place (real estate), and yet increase customer reach,
having fewer cashiers, less shelves, fewer employees, reduce bills in general, etc?
 The simplicity of our solution is something that our Client could use in their Marketing as
well. They will be able to sell both high aggregated value products and a solution that
can simplify the Consumer’s life.

 Our Clients are retail companies that usually has control over the producing chain
and sell aggregated value products.
 Initially, MyyyDAS will focus on micro, small and medium-sized Clients that controls
the producing chain and retail channels, such as Sports Nutrition Stores, Organic Food
Stores, Beauty Products.
 However, we can work with the following Retail Sectors as well:
 Compounding Pharmacies (Brazilian’s
“Farmácias de Manipulação”);
 Tobacco & Similar Stores;
 Handcrafted Beverages & Similar
Stores;

 We will charge 0.5% to 2% from our Clients on each sale they have, using MyyyDAS platform.

Competition
 There are competitors that are focusing on how to get it done easier to the
consumer. However, NONE of them focus on replace products automatically!
 Most of them require too many interactions, too complex and inefficient solutions
(eg. Trying to know if a product needs to be replaced, by using a Smart Fridge).
There are e-commerce solutions that try to simplify the process (such as Amazon
Fresh, Instacart), or the most common which is to make the Retail Store more
“intelligent” – for example, automated cashiers.
 Our advantage is the simplicity and low cost of the patented MyyyDAS “Smart
Trash Bin”, the entire solution which makes the process very simple as
throwing a package on the trash bin and nothing else.
Goals and Targets
 Get MyyyDAS start with beta testers on 2 to 3 months.
 Start on business in 4 to 7 months, in Brazil (or USA) only – one Client.
 Expand to at least 8 Clients (in different sectors) after 12 or 15 months.
 Expand to Australia, Canada, Brazil, UK, Germany, Spain, Mexico,
Portugal, France and China after 24 months.

 Dedicated the last 16 years to IT. Especially software Engineering / Architecture / Management.

Risks
 Major Retail chains might create their own solution, even though it is more likely not, due to
two reasons:
 1. Our “Smart Trash Bin” is under patent processing (PCT treaty). So they could do that, but there
would be some legal problems for them.
 2. They have invested too much in real estate (more physical stores). It is more likely that they
continue to do so.
 Cultural problem. People might simply prefer going to the actual Store and “touch” products
or talking to a salesperson.
 Our Clients could have some difficulties, at first glance, on attaching RFID tags to their
products. That is why we need our Clients to have control over the producing chain as well.
 However, we are thinking in the future! Just like Netflix did when they came with on-demand
streaming. In the near future, RFID tags, will be as common as bar codes and will come out of the
industry with them!
Main problems
 Short period
 Out of resources to “kickoff” MyyyDAS properly.
 Order enough Smart Trash Bins from China supplier.
 Need IT personnnel, Sales and Marketing investment to have a proper
“kickoff”.
 Long period
 Must have even more Sales personnel and Marketing investment,
 Scaling is attached to Smart Trash Bins producing/ordering capacity.
Rewards
 Rewards
 This might be a billion dollar investment. With just some examples, of few
countries, we saw that this could lead to billions of dollars in revenue.
 There is ZERO competition to this kind of automated solution.
 We are talking about a solution with global potential!
 Major retailers such as Amazon and Walmart, could be interested in acquiring
our solution in the future.

Opportunity – II MyyyDAS Client Centric  We want to provide a new Sales Channel to retailers, in such a way they can expand their Customer range, and yet maintain current physical stores as they are. These same stores could act as mini distribution centers.  Artificial Intelligence Services such as Retail Insights(e.g: Cross Sell Insight), Real-Time Consumption Statistics, and individual based Consumptions Profiles will be unique and outstanding services. They will be able to deliver to the Client’s Sales and Marketing teams a unique competitive advantage.  How many Retail Stores, such as Sports Nutrition, Organic Food, Beauty Products and more, would like to have an alternative/supplementary business model, where they do not have to pay a fortune for a nice place (real estate), and yet increase customer reach, having fewer cashiers, less shelves, fewer employees, reduce bills in general, etc?  The simplicity of our solution is something that our Client could use in their Marketing as well. They will be able to sell both high aggregated value products and a solution that can simplify the Consumer’s life.

Clients  Our Clients are retail companies that usually has control over the producing chain and sell aggregated value products.  Initially, MyyyDAS will focus on micro, small and medium-sized Clients that controls the producing chain and retail channels, such as Sports Nutrition Stores, Organic Food Stores, Beauty Products.  However, we can work with the following Retail Sectors as well:  Compounding Pharmacies (Brazilian’s “Farmácias de Manipulação”);  Tobacco & Similar Stores;  Handcrafted Beverages & Similar Stores;  *Supermarkets and Grocery Stores;  Organic Food;  Sports Nutrition and Food Supplement;  Beauty Products, Cosmetics, Perfume and Personal Care;  Ready Meals – for both Human and Pets;  Basic Cleaning Products and Basic Personal Care for Companies/Offices;

  • 8. Competition  There are competitors that are focusing on how to get it done easier to the consumer. However, NONE of them focus on replace products automatically!  Most of them require too many interactions, too complex and inefficient solutions (eg. Trying to know if a product needs to be replaced, by using a Smart Fridge). There are e-commerce solutions that try to simplify the process (such as Amazon Fresh, Instacart), or the most common which is to make the Retail Store more “intelligent” – for example, automated cashiers.  Our advantage is the simplicity and low cost of the patented MyyyDAS “Smart Trash Bin”, the entire solution which makes the process very simple as throwing a package on the trash bin and nothing else.

Goals and Targets  Get MyyyDAS start with beta testers on 2 to 3 months.  Start on business in 4 to 7 months, in Brazil (or USA) only – one Client.  Expand to at least 8 Clients (in different sectors) after 12 or 15 months.  Expand to Australia, Canada, Brazil, UK, Germany, Spain, Mexico, Portugal, France and China after 24 months.

  • 12. Risks  Major Retail chains might create their own solution, even though it is more likely not, due to two reasons:  1. Our “Smart Trash Bin” is under patent processing (PCT treaty). So they could do that, but there would be some legal problems for them.  2. They have invested too much in real estate (more physical stores). It is more likely that they continue to do so.  Cultural problem. People might simply prefer going to the actual Store and “touch” products or talking to a salesperson.  Our Clients could have some difficulties, at first glance, on attaching RFID tags to their products. That is why we need our Clients to have control over the producing chain as well.  However, we are thinking in the future! Just like Netflix did when they came with on-demand streaming. In the near future, RFID tags, will be as common as bar codes and will come out of the industry with them!
  • 13. Main problems  Short period  Out of resources to “kickoff” MyyyDAS properly.  Order enough Smart Trash Bins from China supplier.  Need IT personnnel, Sales and Marketing investment to have a proper “kickoff”.  Long period  Must have even more Sales personnel and Marketing investment,  Scaling is attached to Smart Trash Bins producing/ordering capacity.
  • 14. Rewards  Rewards  This might be a billion dollar investment. With just some examples, of few countries, we saw that this could lead to billions of dollars in revenue.  There is ZERO competition to this kind of automated solution.  We are talking about a solution with global potential!  Major retailers such as Amazon and Walmart, could be interested in acquiring our solution in the future.
