7. For the business dictionary, Team Work is “The
process of working collaboratively with a group
of people in order to achieve a goal. Teamwork is
often a crucial part of a business, as it is often
necessary for colleagues to work well together,
trying their best in any circumstance.
Teamwork means that people will try to cooperate,
using their individual skills and providing
constructive feedback, despite any personal
conflict between individuals”.
team work is fundamental in the training session
because the target of the trainer are multiple:
1) all the participants have to be involved
2) Create a “proactive” climax
3) Upgrade the level of knowledge of everyone

8. • The team understands the goals and is committed to
attaining them. This clear direction and agreement on
mission and purpose is essential for effective teamwork.
•The team creates an environment in which people are
comfortable taking reasonable risks in communicating,
advocating positions, and taking action. Team members
trust each other and are not punished for disagreeing.
• Communication is open, honest, and respectful. People
feel free to express their thoughts, opinions, and
potential solutions to problems.
• Team members are viewed as unique people with
irreplaceable experiences, points of view, knowledge,
and opinions to contribute.
• Creativity, innovation, and different viewpoints are
expected and encouraged. Comments such as, "we
already tried that and it didn't work" and "what a dumb
idea" are not allowed or supported.
