ELUDE DINERS CAFE is a takeaway restaurant that specializes in
serving casual meals in the mornings, evenings and weekends. elude
Investors cafe is considered one of the best coffee shops in the country.
The future home of ELUDE DINERS, the Levitown area, is known as one
of the most popular and successful morning and night entertainment
centers in our area. What makes ELUDE DINERS CAFE special as a
business proposition? Opening new restaurants is known to be high risk.
What have we done to neutralize these risks and ensure success? First,
we identified an unfilled restaurant for our specials. Extensive research
revealed a 66% positive response rate among representatives of primary
and secondary geographic market samples. Those who live in Levitown
Square, or within driving distance, have learned to visit Levitown's Best
Restaurant or Elude Diners Café at their leisure. A closer look at the
demographics of the area reveals the best lifestyle to eat out regularly, up
to three times a week. Management also regularly visits the Levitown
area and identifies a very good commuter market with many attractive

General Company Description
Elude Diners is located at #16 Wales St.,Don Bosco, Paranaque City, Fourth District,
National Capital Region (NCR) . The establishment's goal is to meet the needs of all
students,residents, and employees by providing healthy food at reasonable pricing.
Our business will offer entertainment and relaxation for all the costumers who will come
to our business.
Jomelyn Gorrez and carlo Saludaga will lead the company, which will be organized as a
public benefit corporation under state law. The owners have past service management
expertise and are Diners manager educated and qualified.
The cafeteria will hire Mari Grace Tamayo as a full-time employee and Nicole Estrellado
as a part-time employee.
Competetive Advantage
 Elude Diners is the only diners with a lounge area near at the Don Bosco National
High School and eldo and levitown residence.
 Elude Diners is now the only diners dedicated to meeting the needs of all
customers, particularly students and employees.
 Free wifi to all the costumers.
 Elude Diners access to natural resources that are restricted from competitors.
 Elude Diners will accept open a live band every Saturday and Sunday.

have one of the partners take sole control. After a few years of operation, we have saved enough
money to purchase our own business facility so we don't need to rent and to have many branches
of our store.
Management Strategy
We aim to encourage our personnel to have a cheerful attitude in order to make all of our
customers feel welcome.
Our passion is to meet our customers' needs by providing a comfortable environment in which
