Steve Mair is the Talent Acquisition VP at Yahoo, responsible for leading international talent acquisition for Yahoo, with
over 10 years of tech experience. Previously he has held senior positions in The Walt Disney Company as the Director of
Talent Acquisition for Disney Consumer Products and Disney Interactive where he developed and led recruitment and
hiring process. Steve was also a part of Lucasfilm where he was the Director of Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Opera-

Kim Wylie is the Global Lead for Google for Work Change Management and developed the “change management”
methodology which has been used by thousands of organisations globally to help their employees successfully transition
to Google Apps. Her current focus is to help organisations take their usage of Google Apps to the next level, to truly help
drive business and cultural transformation. Kim has 13 years of training, change management and business transforma-
tion experience, working for Thomson Reuters, numerous digital advertising agencies and both the Adwords and
Enterprise teams at Google. She has spoken at many industry events on the topic of change management and has
recently completed a postgraduate certificate in the Psychology of Change and Organisational Development. Kim is
originally from New Zealand and was an extra in the Lord of the Ring movies (no, not an Orc…!).

Jonathan joined Shell in the UK as a Human Resources recruit in July 1993 after six years at King’s College, University of
London.In the twenty one years since joining Shell he has worked in the UK, US, Netherlands twice, Malaysia and now
Qatar. During this time he has worked in Upstream, Downstream, P&T and Corporate HR and been involved in every-
thing from developing policy for offshore workers who are so overweight that they would pose a safety risk in the event
of a helicopter emergency, leading the design of an on boarding programme for Manufacturing PU Managers, establish-
ing a partnership between Shell International and the youth homelessness charity Centrepoint, overcoming the skepti-
cism of candidates and managers alike to introduce assessment centers in the US and driving the harmonisation of pay,
policy and benefits across the business and functions in Malaysia.

Rob J. H. Veersma since 2012 is appointed as Director Training & Development at Gazprom International in Amster-
dam, Netherlands. He is responsible for implementing training programs for Gazprom EP International, aligned with the
competence management system and tailored to local needs. Rob was previously working for Shell International and
amongst others he was the Commercial Academy Learning Manager. In that role he was responsible for all aspects of
global capability building that enables world-class deal making. He has published often, and given many public speeches
on among others, Performance Improvement, Just-in-time-learning, Learning and Ethics, Virtual Working, and ROI of
Learning.

Darek Lenart is Senior VP, Human Resources, providing HR leadership to the Finance organization globally in Master-
Card. He plays a critical role in driving the business and human resources strategies for Worldwide Finance and has
direct responsibility for guiding and managing all HR policies and programs. He is a member of both Human Resources
and Worldwide Finance Leadership teams at MasterCard based in Purchase, New York. Prior to this role, Mr. Lenart held
HR leadership roles in the PepsiCo headquarters office for its Europe enterprise based in Geneva, Switzerland. He was
charged with developing and executing HR agendas for multi-category technical operations as well as partnering with
sector heads of Finance, IT, HR and Corporate Communication. His objectives centered on long-term leadership develop-

Teddy Frank is the Senior Fellow, Transformation Faculty Lead for Philips. In this role she designs and executes enter-
prise-wide systems change to enable cultural transformation. She serves as a Master Facilitator, Coach and Advisor to
senior leadership teams undergoing major change and transformation in the businesses and builds core skills and
capabilities for addressing complex technical and adaptive business challenges. Teddy is recognized as an innovator in
developing transformational leadership platforms to promote broad scale engagement in complex change environ-
ments. Teddy was formerly the Global Culture and Change Management Practice Leader for Philips where she estab-
lished both the culture and the change management practice at Philips. In these roles, she developed the culture
strategy, methodology to build leadership transformation and change management capabilities and provided strategic
and operational support for large-scale change initiatives across the enterprise.

Arturo Poire is the Global Head of Talent Management for Ericsson. In this role, Arturo is directly responsible for Talent
Management for the company, including: Executive and Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Performance
Management, Diversity, Early Career Programs, Organizational Development and Employee Engagement. Prior to
joining Ericsson in 2012, Arturo was the Global Head of Talent Management for Marsh & McLennan Companies (MMC),
based in New York. Before MMC, he spent 12 years with Citigroup in HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition and Talent
Management roles and projects globally. The main areas of focus during his years at Citigroup were M&A Integration,
Organizational Restructuring, Strategic Staffing and Talent Management.

As senior HR leader, Philippe has the full HR responsibility for 5 business units located in Belgium and Luxembourg. He
is also Customer Experience Director for Toyota in BeLux and plays an Org. Dvpt role at global level. After a Master in
Psychology, Philippe started his career at the International Labor Office in Torino Italy. He then worked for small and
middle size companies before joining the major Belgian telecom operator, where he held several HR positions including
the creation and the management of Shared Services Center and lead major change management projects. During his 5
years with Deloitte, he was in charge of consulting services in the area of HR transformation and HR strategy Philippe
also held some operational roles. For instance, between 2010 and 2013, he held the position of Inchcape Belux Retail
director. Inchcape is a leading global premium automotive group, operating in 26 emerging and developed markets
with a portfolio of the world’s leading car brands in the fast-growing luxury and premium segments.

Ofelia Nieto has been working for Beiersdorf Holding form more than a decade. As a Human Resources Generalist she is
in charge for managing on a day to day basis, business policies, procedures and programs such as training and develop-
ment, organizational development, internal communication and employment. Her main specialties are talent attraction
and development. She has been a part of a number of International projects run by Beiersdorf, particularly concerning a
huge project on change management.

Peter is Group Head of Talent & Learning at the global diversified mining group Anglo American. He is responsible for
the complete talent pipeline, including strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, talent
management, competency management and diversity & inclusion. An engineer by training, in his earlier career he
created the global resourcing function at the BBC and subsequently moved to Nokia Group where he was accountable
for global resource planning, recruitment, employer branding, labour condition assessments and a variety of additional
employment issues, from policy through to implementation. He was also a key member of the team that created,
integrated and subsequently restructured the 60,000 strong, 100+ country joint venture Nokia Siemens Networks.
Before moving back to London in 2012, Peter was Group SVP, Head of Talent for the Zurich-based global engineering
business ABB.
Peter is a board member of the ECLF. A former steering board member of the World Economic Forum project on
global talent mobility, he was also an executive board member of the CEMS alliance and of a charitable foundation
providing engineering education for underprivileged students. He is, unusually, both a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow
of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.

Director for HR in 2010, currently responsible for the Unilever HR Academy. During her decade long career in Unilever
she has been the HR Business Partner for Finance, Asia, Africa, Central and Eastern Europe, the HR Business Partner for
Brand Building, Philippines and Brand Development, Deodorants Asia and the HR Business Partner for Unilever Foods,

Ron Thomas is CEO, Great Place to Work Gulf, based in Dubai. He formerly was CHRO the RGTS Group in Riyadh, Saudi
Arabia. He is a senior faculty member of the Human Capital Institute. He holds certification from the Human Capital
Institute as a Master Human Capital Strategist (MHCS) and Strategic Workforce Planner (SWP). Prior roles included
senior level roles with Xerox HR services, IBM and Martha Stewart Living.

Kholode Al-Obaidli is Vice President National Talent Management at Qatar Airways based in Doha, Qatar. She heads up
the National Talent Management Department that is responsible for advocating and implementing nationalisation within
Qatar Airways reporting into the Chief Human Resources Officer. National Talent Management is the promotion of
Qatari nationals already in the workplace whilst improving recruitment and retention of nationals.
Dr. Al-Obaidli holds a PhD in Public Policy and Education from the University of Birmingham, UK. She also has received
both a Master Degree from the University of Manchester, UK and a Bachelor Degree from Qatar University.
She is one of a handful of Qatari women holding a PhD and is a strong advocate of women’s issues in the Arabian Gulf
countries. She is also one of the few senior women in the aviation industry in the Arabian Gulf.
