Orientation- For all programs
Intake Assessment- All programs except Wet
Reckless
12 Hours of Alcohol/Drug Education- All Programs
Group Counseling-Wet Reckless, Not required
13 Week FOP- 18 hours
4 Month FOP- 46 hours

4. Group Counseling Cont.
6 Month FOP- 36 hours
9 Month FOP- 46 hours
18 Month MOP-52 hours

5. Face-to-Face Interviews
13 Week FOP – 2
4 Month FOP – 3
6 Month FOP – 5
9 Month FOP – 8
18 Month MOP – 26 biweekly
These are 15 minute interviews.

6. After Care
18 Multiple Offenders – Are required to attend 1 hour
per month for 6 months
Exit Interviews- Apply to all first offender programs
except Wet Reckless Offenders
The monthly meetings are 6 months following their
18th month offender program

7. Program Fees
Wet Reckless- $
13 Week First Offender Program- $562
18 Month Multiple Offender Program - $1452
A Down payment of $75 is required at the time of
registration
Monthly, biweekly, or weekly payment plans are
available

8. Other Fees
Program Transfer- $25
Absence -$10
Late Payment -$10
Reinstatement -$35
Return Check Fee -$20
Leave Of Absence- $25
Copies- from $3 to $12
Reduced fee plans are available when eligible

9. Program Requirements
While attending the program, clients are required to:
Attend all scheduled appointments
Not consume any alcohol or drugs
Wear appropriate clothing and practice good hygiene at
all times (wear shirt & shoes)
Make payments by the due date
Not bring visitors to appointments to ensure
confidentiality (children, spouse, friends, etc)

10. Program Goals
To help each participant recognize the negative
effects of past and continued use of alcohol and
other drugs
To assist each participant in designing a long term
treatment plan to avoid future issues with alcohol
and other drugs
Total abstinence from the use of alcohol and other
drugs for the duration of the program
