We encourage regular communication with fans/friends/followers. This communication will be a mix of responding to feedback, sharing news and event information, and offering industry related, non-company specific information, news, and tips to develop loyalty. 4. How do you handle responses to feedback? What if there is negative feedback? We work with clients to develop responses to frequently asked questions and concerns regarding products, services, and other issues. When negative feedback is collected, we alert the client and discuss how it should be addressed. From there, we will assist the client in providing a response.
